Ive been eating Chipotle for over 15 years at different locations ranging from Skokie to Mt. Prospect and have had the worst burrito at this location. The lady who made it also works at the Chipotle on Lake Street. The tortilla was badly wrapped & ripped. Its contents were leaking out and poorly assembled. Each bite I took was of a different ingredient. No consistency. It did not look as if she cared. The Glendale Heights Chipotle on Army Trail Road is not bad but they are light on contents when assembling .

I eat here many times a week for lunch. The employees know me by face, and they are all really nice and courteous. There is one older lady with blonde hair who works the line who really shines, and is always very very friendly and helpful. As a former Chipotle employee, I can honestly say that this joint is run very well , and I have never had a bad experience here in the past 5 months that Ive been eating here.

I just ordered a salad from this location, brought it back to work and started eating it and found a small dead fly in the lettuce. DISGUSTING! I called and spoke with a manager and instead of offering me my money back, he wanted me to come back and have my meal replaced! NO THANK YOU! I will never be eating at this location or any other again! The health department should be called on them!!

Went in late at night and they made me my Burrito Bowl and Burrito fast and with smiles! When I got to the check out I had a coupon to scan so the guy tried to scan it but it wouldnt scan. So instead of having me wait he pressed a few buttons a gave me my new total. Fast and Friendly, this team is awesome!

They are always super smiley, fast and friendly. However, I do wish that there was continuity on how much they give you if each item they put on. If Im paying the same price for a side of guacamole as I am to have it on my bowl, then I should get the same amount, not less.

I brought my mom to this chipotle for the first time and as I was trying to figure out what she wanted they completely rushed my order and disregarded anything I said. I get if their busy but they shouldnt rush you like that.

burritos are really poorly assembled here, ended up wearing half my burrito when it didnt stay together. just get the burrito bowl, save the carbs and avoid the disappointment of a disintegrating burrito.

Just had a steak burrito from there and the steak was so horrible I spit 90 percent of it out. The meat was so bad I wouldnt even feed it to my dog! Quality control has gone down hill!
