Lousy service , just fair food and it must be a Burger King trade to only fill the fry cups half full because every time I stopped at Burger King with a few very minor exceptions I never get a full cup of fries and theyre always cold I have stopped at this location many times over the last few years and the service never gets better the food never gets better and Ill never go there again Im done giving them chances. I would rather go to the locations that I know were good and spend my money there and keep them going and let places like this one go to the Wayside

One of the worst experiences ever!!! Icee machine wasnt working for the cherry flavor and the manager was very rude and disrespectful stating I can go to the 7-11 next door since theirs wasnt working. I tried to explain my disappointment but she loudly, aggressively and quickly attacked me asking am I going to order or what. I planned to order a lot but after this experience I wont be back to burger king!!!

Scam!!!! Had me go back for my receipt and my over charged amount for a item I did not order. So I go back for my receipt and the grand total dont add to my bank receipt on my phone. Trying to charge me 2 dollars more n not give me my 5 dollar fee for not giving a receipt . got my refund but still no receipt. What a joke of a place n food cold BTW .

I asked for zesty sauce before I payed and when I got my food it was not in my bag and also I ordered a Caesar salad and I got a Caesar side salad. My girlfriend went in to ask her for zesty sauce and the lady rolled her eyes at her and got irritated at her own mistake.

Too bad i cant give u 0 stars...very bad service, waited for 10 mons to get serviced, and then anothet 19 mons for my food. They got my order wrong, stuff was missing and the store was a complete chaos...very bad managing skill...wont b goong there again.

Staff is nice, but definitely do not take pride in there job.This location is very dirty and there was mold on the bread. I will never go there again.I am not going to take a chance with food poisoning. Next call will be to the town of Berwyn.

Ive been to this burger King several times. They always tell me that tacos are not available. Especially when I come at 10:00pm. Sounds like someone is to lazy to make tacos at burger King off of Roosevelt in oak park il.

The place was okay o guess. The reason why is because the soda machine juices and pops tasted not that good. And the night shift has one of the nastiest attitude ever. Great food but work on customer service!

Looks like an old Burger King thats about to close and the staff acts like they know it. Over heard one employee telling another she applied for a job elsewhere. Customer service was terrible.
