My last two visits here have been anything but positive. I ordered the cheeseburger on my 1st visit and it was a greasy mess !!! Not only was it greasy, but became ill when I got home. My 2nd visit on Sunday, April 2nd, was not any better. This time I ordered the chopped salad for almost $7.00 and was extremely disappointing. They claim " Chopped salad is made fresh daily ". This salad was anything but fresh. The chicken was extemely dry and tasteless. I could have saved myself a few extra bucks and gone to McDonalds and had a better salad. Service has been pleasant here at the Skokie location, but unlikely to visit again due to the medicore food. There are better places than M burger... I hope management at this location sees this review and makes some changes for the better.

The burger was good with real flavor. Maybe not a trendy or fancy gourmet burger, but full of flavor. Not the greasy fast slop you get from fast food joints. The fries also have good flavor. More of a crisp shoe-string style fry. Not saturated in oil or limp. The chocolate malt was a real malt. Again not a premium malt that you might pay alot more somewhere else but not the cheap soft serve stuff either. The place was clean and I enjoyed eating there. The staff was very nice and the food was brought out to my table hot and ready to eat. If yoi want cheap and fast try McDonalds or Wendys, but if you want a good meal faster than some over priced hipster joint come here. Ive travelled the country and always try new burger joints. This is one I will look forward to trying again.

I got their M burger and cheesy fries and was not at all pleased with how I felt after eating both. The hamburger seemed unusually small and overcooked and it looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The toppings seemed to be smashed together with the meat and the bun and I could not even tell what was on it. I noticed something in the store about we use only fresh ingredients and when I compare this hamburger to any other chain hamburger (McDonalds, Burger King, Meatheads, Five Guys, and a few others) I would not recommend M Burger. The fries were a total disappointment and I did not even finish them which is rare for me.

Im surprised it has zagat rate. I dont trust this zagat rating anymore as they never did any good for me. Burger was blend with too much lettuce and lack of any flavor. Meat was too small as I ordered single patty. Maybe I shouldve ordered double. It look like in and out style with lack of balance in meat, sauce, vegi. They really need to find decent balance of sweet, salt and richness to this burger. Only thing I didnt give one star was the fries. It was actually good. Only thing I really enjoyed as their ice cream lacked any flavor as well.

Ive never posted a review in my whole life! But I was so upset that I hope everyone will see this! 1) took 25 minutes to get food. 2) food didnt have any ingredients like it said on the menu. 3) I had bone in my chicken that I almost choked from. 4) I spent $19 on a chicken sandwhich that looked like it was made by a monkey, a cheese burger with no cheese or anything just the meat, and a salad.... M Burger is the worst place to go. Youll find better food in the dumpster!

I used to go down town and occasionally stop by at the loop location to eat a burger... seemed good, I guess it was the need to eat and it was reasonably priced being down town. Now that they are up north in my area where I leave, I hardly find myself going there for a bite. Nothing special, overall decent food, but its a burger, different place almost like McDonalds... nothing special to make me want to go back there... unless Im right around and want a bite

Pathetic. This has got to be the worst place I have ever eaten. The turkey burger was such a thin piece of meat that I thought they forgot to put it in the sandwich. I looked like cardboard. The chicken fingers my wife received were inedible. If this is the type of restaurant that you are supporting, then I will not eve try another Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant. Can I give it less than one star. I hate to give it even that high of a rating.

Went to M Burger in Skokie for the first time for lunch today. Had a coupon for it and that was what made me decide to go there. It was sooooo good. I loved it and the workers were nice and friendly. They make everything to order but, it didnt take long at all. I will be back whenever I am in that area. Even without a coupon I will go back. Prices were really good for what you get.

My girlfriend and I was hungry for some burgers and decided to come here for some burgers. Went by drive thru and service was horrible the person on the window forgot my fries and coke. Than she supposedly said that she was still getting the other food but by the look on her face shows that she forgot. Than the fries she gave me was COLD. Who wants to eat cold fries ? Not me.

Worth the extra two bucks. Complete yum. Lets talk about ground chuck. More and more Im noticing a decrease in quality in fast food chains and their hamburger. Gristly bits, bone chips, inedible bits. So disheartening. Not here. This is supreme quality beef. Youd expect nothing less at a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. My fries were a bit chewy however.

Excellent burgers. They have a few locations in downtown as well. And a response to the earlier review to just go to Wendys next door... You simply can not compare a local restaurant to an international one that wishes everything to be bigger and faster. These guys are a bit slow, but worth it.

This was our first time here and the burger and spicy chicken did not disappoint!!! the wendys across from M BURGER was busy and we waited a long time for our order to be taken.. So I said we should go to M BURGER instead. Best decision Ever!!!! The staff is really nice and the food is delicious

Pretty good burger, great that you can use Lettuce Entertain You points. Still, I think I prefer other gourmet burger places more. Why? Because of fried egg topping. M Burger does not have that option and I believe any gourmet burger place must include fried egg as an option.

They never answer the phone so you can forget about phone-in pick up orders. They are absolute screw-ups with UberEats deliveries ($20 Code: eats-uber312city), and following specific instructions. They simply cant handle the pressure when it gets busy.

Mburger is a great spot for above average fast food. I would say that the crispy chicken sandwich and the Chicken Betty are the best items on the menu, the burgers are ok. I just prefer shake shacks burgers

it was alright even if we just did go through the drive thru.... the milkshakes are not what we expected... really thick and it tastes just if they mixed ice cream in it not like any other milk shake
