After biting into my Whopper I found it had no tomato. I returned to the counter where I was told that they are out. I said why did you not tell me when I ordered and paid for tomato. She says well it was because we are not really out we just do not have time to slice them. I said I would like to have my tomato and she said I should go back to my table and if they are not busy in several minutes they will try and slice some. Let's see here. 4 tables in the dining area and one drive up. I doubt it will ever get any slower and I am going to sit and let my luke warm burger get even colder waiting on a possible promise. Total morons running this place. Never again. There are other BKs around. You will be better off to drive the extra few miles.

5/14/13 around 8:05 pm I order a turkey burger that taste like it was freezer burned and dried out, the chicken strip was hard fried and cold. the only thing that was right was my fries good and hot. the fountain drink was flat tasting,not cold and the young lady who fix my drink put very little ice in my cup. Everytime I try burger king I get screwed on Lincoln hwy, management isnt over seeing the employees in this restaurant, Oh by the way they have pina colada smoothies on the menu board a big picture of the drink, and the young lady said that they know longer make it. wouldnt you think that if it was discontinued, wouldnt you change the sign. stop it! fix our food the way you would want your food fixed.

Only having an hour for lunch my taste buds was excited and couldnt wait to enjoy lunch at Burger King ... However the employees was very unprofessional and loud. My Whooper was cold, and I requested for my nuggets to replaced twice the third time they was overcooked very hard and obvious that they was recooking nuggets and the concern from the manager for correcting the issue or refunding m money wasnt present. They snatched the nuggets and threw them in the garbage, I stated please I do not desire another order the nuggets they was hard, dry and black inside. I will never revisit Burger King in Matteson ever again.

Definitely a hit or miss. They have the same food you expect at all Burger Kings, but the food can sometimes be hard, stale or cold. Ive had days where my Whopper was perfect and Ive had days where it seemed like it sat out for at least 20 mins. I also frequently come for breakfast and the past few weeks have been slightly disappointed. The French toast sticks and hash browns were warm, but stale. Also the croissant sandwich had noticeably cold cheese and fresh out of the microwave meat. I never have any issues with the work staff attitudes so I take my chances every time I visit.

I had planned on my family eating burger king tonight and I get to the drive thru during open hours and sat there and waited. I said hello a few times and I was ignored. I pulled around near the window and a young guy there talking to a female and ignoring the customers.... I truly hate BAD customer service......

They were out of lg and med cups again. All they had were senior/kids cups and small. I wanted cherry coke but all the flavors were empty. This is by far the worst Burger King around. This is not the 1st time they were out of cups. I truly wonder if this particular Burger King is trying to go out of business.

Husband ordered a meal and Im so glad I asked him to take me across the street for Pepes! He said fries tasted like grease were hard and old tasting. Coke tasted like carbonated water. Makes us appreciate the better Burger Kings. Must not have good management. Too bad. Wont be back any time soon.

This is the worst BK I have ever ran into. The customer service is not good. They where rude. Didnt want to change my order. They rather just stick to a simple cheap meal rather than expensive meal. I though they where more about customer satisfaction. Never will I come here again.

It was when they had the smothies and frappes for a dollar. The blender was down or whatever they said. Really? Then i see a fat employee walking out with a smoothie. Fat liar btw it takes more than smoothies to lose weight honey #jenny craig

My food was hot and good portion. But the soda machine was out of most of the syrup choices. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. The inside looked well kept other than some things here and there. Overall good experience.

I have been going to this BK for quite a while with pretty good service. For the last 3 days I went through the drive thru like normal and requested a Veggie burger and they havent had the sandwich neither of the 3 days.
