My husband and I brought my four kids here and my grandparents for one of my daughters birthdays just to let them eat junk one day and play...the service was great they gave her extra cookies the place was clean and the kids play area was amazing compared to any McDonalds weve ever been to! We will be bringing our business here from now on!!! Besides the clean place, good food and good service the main reason were have found our new go to fast food place was we came across an employee (who is special needs) and he was treated very well by his co workers and the customers and I was amazed at seeing how well the staff worked together and supported this one particular employee who was special needs!!! Wish more stores were run this way! Bravo!

quite simply this is the worst fast food restaurant ever. if you are unlucky enough to find yourself here, be prepared to wait for 10 minutes + for a single order. Add 5-7 minutes for each additional items. I thought about this long and hard and came to the conclusion that this BK is owned by McDonalds or Wendys with the expressed purpose of having service so bad and food so poorly prepared that BK loses customers and people make an extra drive to another fast food joint. i would recommend you never go here, but if youre a sadist and want to experience just how terrible the service is, you should stop by sometime. its laughable.

soda fountin was out of stock the flors and table direty the only one working was the young man making burgers he was bald i didnt get a chances to get his name he came from the back of the kitchen to clean the floor the play place and everything ells when i asked the young ladies in front for some asistens to clean the tables no one came out i aked the maneger for ketchup because the one for the floor was empty and was never refiled for the time we where there now corpriet. .its time for that memo thank you and Good luck .lucky i wasent that mistery shoper but i think i should be again to fix some of the problems

Service was not great. Waited in line for about 10 minutes and right when it was my turn the only person at the register walked away and started working in the back with all the other workers. I didnt want to say anything because theyre the ones giving me my food. But I waited for about 5 more minutes and then finally the manager noticed there was a long line and sent one of the workers to the register. That wasnt even the worst part. Then I had to wait for my order. There was about 10 other orders in front of me sitting waiting. Worst wait ever.

Ive come here occasionally since a year or so ago. Many of the employees are not that friendly compared to other Burger Kings Ive been to. Recently there has been a bright spot- two new employees. Mariah and Frida! These 2 women actually smile at you when you walk in. I hope not all is lost however as I havent seen these women the last 2 weeks! This was the last hope for this particular location as I know several people that do not, I repeat do not like this location.

Love how they remodeled it compared to what it was before. Seating is very comfortable and stylish. The food is great. Love the flame broiler burgers and new crispy chicken sandwich. This location also has a play place which is multi level and new and lots of fun for the kids. Plenty of good seating in the play area for parents. But they dont have any hand sanitizer in the play area though which stinks.

Friendly cashier, and the cooks were incredibly efficient...the only criticism I have is that the gentleman who was putting the order together was rude to his fellow employees and very short with the guests. Had a sarcastic tone. Other than that one kid, one of the better burger kings around.

My fries were cold. As always when i come to this burger king. Even my cheeto mac n cheese was cold!! The cheese was not even melted. Very disappointed! I had been waiting to have those since they took them off the menu last year.

I ordered a whopper Jr and not only was it cold but it wasnt cooked all the way. It was still pink inside! Fries were cold and tasted stale. $5 meal down the drain.
