My vehicle had trouble issues and was waiting for a tow truck, was a little hungry Burger King was right across the street.so i Decided get a burger I went in straight to the restroom to wash my hand first they had no soap I ask the cashier if they had soap and told me no . Makes me wonder now ! But anyways I had hand sanitizer . I walk up to place a order whopper jr meat well done since I have a sensitive stomach and when I receive my burger it was still raw meat I tasted a water burger that barely got unfrozen . There icee machine was not working there sprite tasted like baking soda .

Service was very slow, not enough staff filling orders one staffer thought it was more important to be taking personal calls then to be filling orders and doing their job. Waited 10 minutes before they even took my order and had to wait another 15 for it to be filled and there was only two people ahead of me that had already given the orders and were waiting. Seems like the drive-thru was the only ones getting good service.

iv been a custimer for many of years and never complaned,exept for today i order two big king and they gave me the wrong order and i confrontthem and showed them what they gave me, two double cheeze and union wrings, and the told me the two hamburgers is the big king,and i ask them when did they started downsizing there big kings,and never reconsider to refond the money back. this is my last time going there

I purchased Two Fish Sandwich & Two orders of Chicken frys. My order were cooked in old oil a/c my oder came out very very dark.I spoked to the so call General Manager Blanca she were very Rude .she need to go back to managing class 101.I wouldnt recommend this Burger King to a friend. Someone from Corporate should check out the quality of food they are sending out.

Worst burger king Ive ever been too. They mess up my order everytime i go. You would think the place was busy but Im always the only one in line. Take a few more mins and go somewhere else. Today they messed up my order and instead of giving me new sandwiches they just slapped some sausage on it! If I could give zero stars i would. Im done with this place!!!!!!!!!

Very rude customer service! I walked in with my wife and this lady was talking on the phone, she saw us and didnt greet us or acknowledge that we were there. We waited in line for about 5 minutes with nobody in there but us. The lady kept talking on the phone and someone else took care of us ! I dont recommend this place to anyonee

Horrible horrible horrible,,, the lady told me that the charge rung up $10 something but she is going to give me $3 back.. it was a mad house and I didnt want the food. Terrible service and rude!! Took 15 min to make a cheese burger and med onion ring and then she never gave me a reciept I had to ask for it. She forgot the onion rings and I waited another 3 min. For them and she gave me the onion rings without a bag so they were falling out of the box and in the rain. Lazy!!!

Run for your life and avoid this particular Burger King at all costs. The quality of the food is horrible and the staff have a serious attitude problem. You should also check your order before you leave. They also skimp on ingredients such as bacon when making sandwiches. Go somewhere else

I ordered an ice cream at around 4:45p.m. going through the drive-thru on March 15, 2016. After getting the ice cream, I noticed multiple crunchy things in it. It turned out to be hair. The hair was stuck in my throat. This was very unhygienic of the restaurant.
