This review is specifically for the Matteson location and not the entire Fuddruckers franchise. I have always liked Fudduckers food, but the level of service at the different restaurants in the area varies wildly. I work near Matteson, so I visit this particular location often and they are always extra friendly. When the line to order gets long, Ive seen managers open up an extra register. Ive seen people take orders from customers in line so they can start cooking the food sooner. When sitting in the dining area, Ive had people offer to bring refills of my drink. Ive seen on many occasions managers or other employees walk around and ask people how their meal was and thank them for visiting their restaurant. Fuddruckers food is great at all their restaurants, but these extra little steps at the Matteson location make them a step above the rest!

Delicious burgers. 1/3 or 1/2 pound hamburgers. Theres a turkey burger, bison burger, and even an elk burger. Get your burger cooked how you like and then take it to the toppings bar, shredded or whole leaf lettuce, tomato, sliced white and red onions, chopped whute onions, pico de gallo, jalapenos, banana peppers, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, spicy ketchup, spicy mustard, cheese sauce, jalapeno cheese sauce. Unlimited refills at the Coke freestyle drink fountain. Cookies and brownies for dessert. Small game room for kids.

Came here with my family & our mushroom swiss burgers were good .No complaint there but my issue is the womans restroom. All stalls were filthy! I know you folks get busy but you need to provide a clean restroom! On this day, June 7, 2017 your womens restroom was filthy! It doesnt seem like anyone has been in here to clean them & if it was cleaned then Wow! Like I said I know you folks get busy @ times. & other issues arise but it was really bad just now. Time 12:34 pm.

We have always stopped here to eat after a trip to Chicago. Food has always been good. However this last time we stopped we waited 45 minutes for our food and after seeing other people getting their food who ordered after us we went to the counter to question how much longer. We were told they hadnt even started cooking it!! Will be awhile before we return again unfortunately.

An incredible staff. The food is awesome but the staff is what sets them apart from their competition. Ms. Pat is the consummate manager. Always serving with a smile. Our family makes a special trip once a month following our Church service (we would go more often but were trying to control our diet) and my son and wife cant wait to get there. Keep up the awesome work!

I love this place since I can remember but why is it that they shake machine is never working!??? Either is not working or they are not selling them because they dont have enough people like seriously??? I see other people drinking shakes and its only 6:30pm. All I want is an Oreo shake with my meal!! Thats it!

This whole shopping center has been on a slow decline for the last couple decades but this Fudruckers is still great. Always fresh, love the drink machines. Zero complaints. Update: They just updated their interior. It looks fantastic. Its like a brand new restaurant!

This Fudds has recently been remodeled. Its a place my entire family enjoys eating at. Food is always hot and delicious. Condiment bar lets you customize your meal to your liking. Arcade gives kids something fun to do while waiting for meals to arrive.

Whats not to love about Fuddruckers? Great burgers that you get to load up with all your favorite toppings, plus fantastic fries. My favorite is the "sauces station" That honey mustard is to die for!

We dont make it up here that much food was good as always, only downside was that 4 out of 5 meals were done when we got buzzed the one that wasnt, belonged to my 2 year old that was being cranky

Love the place in Matteson IL! Only giving four stars as recently in the condiments table they no longer have pickle relish........... and I love relish on my burger. Wonder why its now gone?????
