Used to be great Chinese food now it is a flop went there on 2.1.2017 they got a waitress that tells you what to order when you already know what you want to order my daughters soup had burned pieces from some sort of dirty pot pork fried rice asked for extra dark waitress bring it out well done had a whole egg inside one order of lo mein was dry as can be call the waitress in a nice way food wasnt correct started screaming and bring a menu to prove points told me she has been there since 35 years mind you she cant be no older than 40 white girl telling me how to order my food mind you I am 100% Chinese. My bill was $89 and owner had the guts to ask me if I want to tip the waitress mind you we order dinner for two which is supposed to be $2499 it is a total rip off would not recommend it whatsoever will never go back its a shame it used to be so good

Wow. Trying to find a new Chinese food place and this was the choice. Big mistake. Not because I was actually able to try the food but because the person who took my order for delivery apparently didnt know the delivery area AND the driver drove around for 30 minutes trying to find the house. After 90 minutes (I had called after 50 only to be told there was "a problem in the kitchen" and our order was just done and would be on its way in 5 minutes), I received a phone call from someone else at the restaurant who informed me of the very small delivery area and cancelled my order. The food may be good but my first impression has left such a bad taste in my mouth that Im not sure I will ever order from here - for take out of course.

THE JADE DRAGON IN BENSENVILLE HAS BEEN ONE OF OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANTS FOR MANY YEARS NO ONE IN THE CITY CAN COMPARE TO THEIR EGG ROLLS OR ANY OF THEIR WONDERFUL CUISINE I LOVE CHINESE FOOD AND I HAVE EATEN IT IN MANY CITIES IN THE U.S. INCLUDING CHINA TOWN IN SAN FRANCISCO AND CHICAGO I AM STILL LOOKING FOR A BETTER EGG ROLL THAN JADE DRAGON SO FAR THEY REMAIN # 1 FOR ALL THEIR FOOD I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER AS WELL AS ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS SAM

I have been a loyal Jade Dragon customer since birth (my parents came to Jade Dragon on dates), and I LOVE their eggrolls, sweet and sour chicken, and fried rice. We have moved out of the area, but we will still travel to Jade Dragon for special occasions (like my birthday tonight), or take-out. I now share this special gem with my wife and sons. Thank you to George & his family for being "our" Chinese Restaurant.

I ordered take out from here because of the reviews on Google+ and was less than thrilled with the food. The vegetables and bean curd was basically soft tofu and vegetables in a sauce. They did not add any spice, as I had specifically asked them too. The lo mein wasnt at all what I would have expected and the overall theme of the food was bland. Not impressed.

Food is fresh and tastes great but stopped ordering all together. Impossible to get a delivery order. Never have a delivery driver. Always had a driver in past but then just stopped. Used to be only place we would go but have since moved on. Call me lazy but no delivery is a deal breaker. Other Chinese places in town just as good and deliver 100% of the time.

Met George the owner of the restaurant the moment we walked in. He immediately suggested some items from the menu. The spicy wings are incredible. Lunch specials abound. Theres enough room for about 20 tables. The staff is friendly. Lastly, there had to be a handful of locals who referred to a George by first name.

Never had a problem and I go there weekly. The eggrolls are to die for and the owners are super friendly, always greet me at the door. Perfect environment and awesome food. BEEF CHOW FUN, it sounds ridiculous but it is seriously the best thing I ever ventured out to try. Not to mention the adorable waitress..

I noticed here in Chicago land, yall put skinny noodles in your lo mein. Thankfully, this time it was very good. I have been dying for some good Chinese, and this appeases my Needs. Gina, someone who works there, was nice and friendly as could be. Thank you for NOM NOM Chinese!
