Friday night so it was busy. Couple young kids at the hostess stand. We had to say "Hello" so they would speak to us. Not a big deal, but they should be the ones to welcome you. Sat at the bar to wait for a table. We were served a drink fast with a friendly smile. Once our table was ready, it took a bit for a server to come over. She said "Well its 2 minutes past happy hour, but are you still interested in an appetizer?" If she would have come over 2 minutes after we were sat, we could have received the deal on an app. We chose to get the deep fried pickles which were decent. 32 minutes later our food came. Id say 40 servers walked by our table and never took the empty pickle dish-annoying. The dry rub is sprinkled on one side of the wings so its pretty bland in flavor otherwise the food was average. Our server returned about 20 minutes later and literally said "I know Ive been neglecting you guys. Can I get you anything else?" We declined and she left to get our bill and didnt take any of the empty dishes again. I was a server for 5 years and thats something so small yet so appreciated by someone out to eat. I had to drag my husband to come here and Im not sure well go back.

I refuse to go to the WB location. I was there with a friend, after taking a while to get a beer, while sitting at the bar, the female bartenders were snotty and rude. After sitting there for 3.5 hours, playing trivia, eating, watching a baseball game, we were told we were cut off after 4 beers (in 3.5 hours). We were told we might get too rowdy and that it was a family place. The little league team behind us were the ones screaming and running around. Dont seat children in the bar area. And dont serve alcohol if this is a family place. This is a sports bar and if parents arent comfortable taking children to a rowdy area, get out of the bar. We were just keeping to ourselves, how were we rowdy? They keep track of how many drinks you have and are not allowed more than one drink per hour. We were even going to order an appetizer platter (which would help soak up the consumed alcohol), but we were ignored for a good 15-20 minutes, then were told we were cut off and given our tabs. We paid, left no tips, and left BWW. Some sports bar.

I moved to West Bend from downtown Milwaukee a couple of months ago where I always thought the Buffalo Wild Wings on Water Street was really overpriced for the amount of food you got. So I rarely went. Anyway, I decided to give the one in West Bend a shot. The first time I went in there I couldnt even get a waitress to take a drink order after being seated. So I left after waiting about 10 minutes. I went back a few weeks later but they were too busy so I skipped it. I figured they must be good to be so busy, so tonight I tried take out. Well, The food (except the coleslaw) was really good. Unfortunately I still thought the amount of food was a bit skimpy for the price. I got the ribs and popcorn shrimp. There were 6 really small ribs, a few shrimp, and a small handful of fries. I paid extra for potato wedges too. The coleslaw was in a small cup and extremely dry. Again, I thought the food was pretty good but I doubt this is a place Ill frequent.

We got there around 9pm , the hostess sat us at a table , we waited 20 minutes and no waitress or waiter. As we sat there, several waitresses and a waiter walked by us. The waitress staff was more concerened to hang out by the Hostess , we got up from table and walked over to Hostess and advised her , next time left a waitress know they have a table , she asked if we wanted to see a manager , i said no , and we will never return ....THIS WASNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED AT THIS LOCATION ...i would suggest....fire the Management team

Location was dead tonight, due to the weather, but our server seemed in some sort of hurry. She never did bring the water we requested, and never informed us of happy hour specials. When we asked about them, (after overhearing the bartender tell other customers), she wasnt able to inform us of them clearly. Charged us for a beer we never received, as well as full price on what should have been 1/2 price appetizers. When we asked about it, she only removed the beer from our bill. Food was just okay. We wont be back.

Ive been to this location several times, each time hoping that the service would be better than the last... and it isnt. The food is great, but be prepared to be ignored, spoken down to, and even be made fun of by your waitress. And if youre a female? Dont even think about getting decent service. I couldnt believe how rudely I was treated and how blatant they were about doing it. If youre with a big group and they know they might get a decent tip, then by all means go. If not... yoube been warned.

Im a sucker for their boneless wings. The wife likes their wraps. So many different sauses to choice from you could never get bored. My personal favorites are Mango habanero and Spicy Garlic. You have to try their onion rings and fried mushrooms. The atmosphere can not be beat if your a sports fan. Huge TVs, every beer imaginable and friendly staff. This is not a 5 star restaurant but it is one of the best sports bars around.

Cold, hard, sauce less wing no matter what way you order for take out. I got my money back in gift certificates and the manager suggested that I order them "wet" next time. Order them again.... cold, and the top couple have sauce but under those I could still see the breading. I only use to order take out cause staff is under trained and slow. I should be able to finish my meal and not be checked back on when its slow.

The service is so bad, the bartender actually had her back to us the entire 5 minutes we waited for a beer. I finally called out her name on the back of her t-shirt. I am fairly confident you should not have to beg for a drink at a bar. Food is pricey, and wait staff was ok. I have been there several times with company after 5s and have watched the bartenders ignore people.

As a African american from the hood i wasnt to keen into steping into this place being 90% Caucasian but as me and my fiancée were seated it actually turned out very nice and the wings were the bomb wait staff were very pleasant i truly recommend this place and i promise ill self check myself on reverse stereotyping 100 stars for this buffalo wings

Very loud! Could hardly hear the waitress and she had a hard time hearing us. One of the managers was obviously not in a good mood. Heard him saying snide remarks to his staff. Could tell by the look on some of their faces they were walking on egg shells. I noticed the same thing from this guy last time we were there as well.
