It was our first time at the new location. I like the brighter atmosphere compared to the other, older location in Ashwaubenon. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. No free WiFi art this location but I didnt ask if they give out passwords to the locked BW WiFi access points that showed up on the list. We went late at night, so there was only 5-6 other tables with customers. The service at first was slow. It took 15 min at least before a server came to ask for our drink orders. And I counted at least 3 other servers besides the bartender. Maybe we came in right at shift change. We ordered fried pickles right away and those took a while to come out. Our dinners came out much faster. And the server was attentive after the first delay. Food was tasty although all the BWWs are a bit pricey, especially considering we didnt get any alcoholic beverages.

Poor experience for such a staple in our household. Husband ran to pick up a called in order. Several tables open and hostess was not seating people on a Wednesday night at 7pm due to too many servers on a break. So several people were waiting for service when there was no reason for an actual wait. Husband picked up Togo order. We had a buffalo chicken ranch wrap and boneless BBQ wings with wedges. Very disappointed as there was no medium winger sauce on chicken pieces in wrap or ranch and was bone dry in a wrap. My husbands wings were barely sauced and the wedges were the highlight of all we ordered. We will wait awhile before we return to this location until logistics are ironed out. This was our first issue with a BWs and we have dined with them at several locations in state and out. Hope it gets better.

Worst service I have ever had. Dont waste your time at this restaurant. The waiter lost our ticket resulting in him having to take our order a second time after we had already been waiting 45 minutes for our wings. Then it was another 30 minutes before they even showed up. The manger was distracting his workers from doing their job. When our wings finally arrived they were soggy and not cooked all the way. We complain and asked for our check because we were so fed up with bad service. The waiter said our bill would be taken care of so we could leave. Shouldve walked out when we heard our waiter overly apologizing to the table next to us when we had gotten seated. I wont ever go back and I will not recommend to anyone else. You might as well just go to west side.

Placed a pick-up order at 7:30pm and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Arrived at 8pm to find I was ummonst several other waiting patrons. Didnt receive my order until 8:40pm with no explanation and a simple "sorry about that". Didnt need a reason since I could see with my own eyes the confusion of employees and the lack of managerial experience. Honestly, the additional 40 minutes isnt what bothered me. It was the food I brought home to my family. Four different types of wings and cheesy fries. One pack of wings was edible. The other three packs of wings and fries tasted like cardboard. I felt like they had been sitting out for hours. It was a trial bite and then off to the trash. Such a bummer too. I WAS so excited about having a BWW right next door.

Called in a to-go order. Order was messed up, cheese curd burger came without sauce and was cold. I called to complain, the manager told me the chef said he made the burger correctly. Basically calling me a liar. I told her he chef must have put the sauce on another order because it wasnt on mine. I was getting angry now, told her I would bring the damn thing back and show her. So she then offered to send me a coupon in the mail to make up for the inconvenience, and that I should get it in a few days. That was 3 weeks ago. Terrible service, very dissapointing. Being calld a liar and then lied to. If you like poor service and cold food, prepared incorrectly for a premium price then you should check this place out! Otherwise, give some other place your money.

Gave this location of Buffalo Wild Wings 2 tries, first time was okay except for the fact we sat and had to wear our coats and freeze the whole time we ate. The second time was the worst dining experience i have ever had, we waited an hour to be seated as we saw multiple tables always open, and then another hour for our food to come. The waiter refilled our drinks once the whole time we waited, wings came and they looked like they had been sitting for a bit of time. They had messed up one of our orders twice, and when it finally came out i found a hair drenched in sauce on my wing.

Very long wait, staff not prepared. We came there at 6:30, and did not receive our food until 8:40. The staff were very inexperienced and seemed like they had no training at all. I understand they just opened 2 weeks ago, but it should not take that long to eat food. Food was also cold when it came out, and made the experience even worse. Hope other customers can have a better experience than me.

Ordered to go for a family of four. During pick up two girls were playing on their phones and not doing anything. I specifically asked for all sauces to be served on the side when ordered. All sauces were missing from order. We received a slip saying the order was inspected and approved by a manager. That obviously did not happen. Food was ok. Would have been better with the missing sauces.

Such a horrible experience. Our waitress was not nice. The place wasnt busy at all, all the workers decided to talk in a big circle in front of the restaurant while our table needed more refills and extra sauces. Many were on their phones and our waitress started braided another workers hair and came back to our table to touch our food. I think I will stick to the other bdubs.

This location beats the pants off the West side location. We have gotten hot wings every time so far. Only had one issue and that was the con queso came with chili that looked like they scrapped the bottom of the bowl. Manager fixed quickly with a fresh one. Parking is a Little lacking but that seems to be the case in most bww locations.

Worst waitress ever. Forgot our appetizer and when we mentioned it when she brought our food she rolled her eyes when we said we didnt want it. Then the rest of the experience went downhill from there. Plus there was a hair in the blue cheese dressing cup. No one came over to talk to us about our experience either. No need to ever go back.

Why has it taken me so long to try this place?? Today I went to the Bellevue location,and was AMAZED!! From the time you walk in the door you feel at home with a bunch of sweet,kind and friendly people.. the food was amazing.I cant choose a favorite because It was all so delicious.I highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings..
