I have tried to give this Pizza Hut a chance since its so close to my house and I normally have it delivered, but Ive had enough! The first time I ever tried to order from here was on New Years Eve. After calling several times about my order placed online at 9:30 pm, a lady answers saying that they were closed at 10 pm and hung up. Their website had clearly stated that they closed at 11 pm. So I called back and I was cursed at by another employee. I called the next day to speak with a manager about my horrible experience and he apologized and gave me $5 off of my next order. So I decided to try again. I got my food delivered and everything was ok until I realized that they had forgotten the marinara sauce with my cheese sticks! Who forgets marinara sauce? I called and this time I spoke with a different manager and he was a total jerk about the situation. He acted as if it wasnt a big deal. Well it was a big freaking deal to me. Theyre supposed to come with marinara sauce! I decided to give them one more chance last night. It was last minute and my kids were hungry so I ordered a pizza for delivery. The delivery driver showed up an hour after expected delivery time and then stood at my door waiting for a tip. I politely closed my door and I am glad that I didnt tip him! The pizza was HORRIBLY burned and very hard! I am totally done with this Pizza Hut and I wouldnt recommend it to my enemy.

I called in to order the new Devils Cut Jack Daniels wings. When they arrived we noticed a weird and pungent aroma coming from the container. When we fixed our plates the smell of those wings started to turn our stomachs. They actually smelled like vomit. We completely lost our appetites. I called them back and told them about it. They just said, "oh well." So I tried to salvage them by rinsing the Devils Cut sauce off and drenching them in regular BBQ sauce. But they still smelled like throw-up. I guess thats $13 down the drain since they offered me know other alternative. Dont order those wings!!! Youve been warned!!!

They got lost when the school was across the street. (about 1 block down) Which leads to being late for the school to eat. I called and they gave the wrong Pizza for one group. It was implied that it was our fault. They did offer to make new pizza 20 min late but had to wait 1/2 hr (do the math kids eating 1 hr + later then the others??) I was not satisfied with what they were telling myself and asked for the corporate number and then was hung up on! so be the judge yourself. We have sat/dined in their before and were satisfied however, never again after this!

The manager on Saturday nights is amazing. Hes very good at multitasking and handles my order perfectly. I come here very frequently and they have never messed up any of my orders. My pizza is always made on time and is wonderful. I highly recommend coming to this pizza Hut. Its full of friendly faces.

Horrible,horrible,horrible. I ordered the big flavor dipper and they gave me half of it. Also I ordered 4 marenara sauces and they gave me 4 different sauces. I want a refund for this sh*tty experience. They need to learn how to read. Little Caesar puts pizza Hut to shame. I also waited 30 extra minutes

If I could put zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible establishment. Not only do the workers have no idea what they are doing, but they are unbelievably rude. Trust me, I love Pizza Hut pizza, but choose a different one to go to!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!!

Ordere there 2 times I am a general manager for another pizza restaurant so i know how pizza is suppose to be Awful toppings and expired products both time And they offerd me a free pizza last time and still did awful Will never order from here again

if they answer your call after 20 minutes of calling then consider yourself lucky, overall i would go somewhere else or order in the middle of the week when they have some time for there customers.

Worst place. Order NARDIS instead, Nardis pizza tastes better and Nardis do take your order over the phone in less than 3 minutes and not over 15.

If you call an hour before close they leave you on hold until they can say they are closing in 10 minutes. This has happened more than a few times
