Okay ... i hope people read theas reviews its not often i have to wright a bad review but i will if my experience was ultra bad so here we go .. last night i called in for a pick up 10$ pizza meat lovers hand toss i wish i could show you guys a pic it was horrible as i got there the place itself smell like weed and greese the lady who got my pizza did not even smile or respond to me as i was very friendly as i aam a man with sence of humor i guess thats why they work at pizza hut just becuse tbey probably cant get a job amywhere els its sad she look like she was ran down by bunch titsunes anyway got the pizza headed home ohhh forgot to rate the place it self 0/10 dirty filthy and discussed not ever going to order pizza hut again this place scare me for life no joke anyways got home open the box right then and there i knew my kids woukd say something sure enough they asked me why i bought it i was so embarrassed the cheese was as white as a ghost toppings where just splattered ontop it was horible lifted one slice and under the pizza was all wet of greese and omg we all lost our appetite i called them and said i just like my money back but im not leaving in the freezing cold tbe guy was making every excuse for why the pizza was like that said it was normal.. i was so sick i did not even want to go back to that place please if you thinking of ordering from them id say u might want think twice

Horrible service. Placed an order about 11:45pm.. my boyfriend placed it on the app on his phone and the order was under my name. He got an alert at 12:24ish that the food was out for delivery. It is now 1:40 am and we have called and been hung up on twice. We were told our order was cancelled and they called us and we didnt contact them. My boyfriend called them at 1:03am and they said itll be there in about 10 minutes. Im pissed I stayed up waiting for food and when we called we were refused the courtesy to talk to a manager about our order and called back numerous times and no one answered. At one point I believe the employee was talking s**t and then heard me say I wanted to speak to a manager and hung up the first time. Completely unprofessional and I will never order from there. My boyfriend will be calling first thing in the morning hopefully to talk to a store manager. And I hope that s**thead kid who answered and hung up both times gets fired for ruining my business with them.

To whom this may concern about six thirty pm my husband and I called to have a pizza box delivered. The person who took the order seemed nice she did state that they were a Lil busy so the pizza box would not get to us until 1 hour. Well nearly two hours had passed still no pizza so I called this place and the guy put his manager on she said her name was STEPHANIE I politely tried to explain to her that its been nearly two hours are children has not had dinner, its almost nine pm and pass their bed time. This woman was so RUDE, LOUD, and DISRESPECTFUL I can not believe she works with the public. She would not let me explain my complaint she talked loud and over me all I could hear was her screaming were really busy and Im loosing my head in here. I finally had to tell her listen just " cancel are order" I dont recommend anyone order or give this place business until they get that disrespectful, dysfunctional person OUT!!!

Called to place an order for a kids pizza and was answered by the most rude person Ive ever spoken on a phone too short and definitely did not want to be talking place in this conversation Placed an order for a kids personal pizza. Was told 2 hours for delivery or 30 minutes for pickup. Decided to go pick up as it was a much shorter wait. Showed up 45 minutes later. Paid... Expected a pizza... Was told its be a little bit. 15 more minutes and I finally had my pizza. My biggest issue is that every person in the small and cramped waiting room had been there at least an hour or more and everything was coming with mistakes. I will not be ordering from here or any pizza hut location any more as there are plenty of better options in Kenosha and surrounding areas. Their service is awful and the food doesnt save it either as every thing is made with mistakes. Sad to see the "big dog" of pizza fall so far...

Placed an order for delivery online, and got a totally different order. Brought the pizzas back with order confirmation showing the manager the error, she said it must be a glitch on the system but they are not responsible for that. The manager was very rude and nasty, refusing to fix the order or refund me. This place needs to be shut down for their horrible customers service and poor business practices. Ive put in a complaint with corporate because this is the second bad experience with them. Never going here again!

Bad customer service!!! Do not go here! everything looks dirty, the managers are all bums, and I cant beleive that store is still open for business. The food tasted disgusting, ill stick to illinois pizza huts.
