(5/25/2017) This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and trying their pizza and I gotta say, I never tried their pizza and never will after today due to the awful experience. I ordered a single pizza. Was told it would arrive in 35 mins. We waited an hour and 15 minutes when we live 10 minutes from the location. We could not get ahold of the driver who we were told is named Dawid but the driver was truly a man named Larry and supposedly tried contacting us but we never received a single phone call. We were even on the lookout for a pizzahut driver outside who never showed! Manager seemed pleasant and apologized and tried to offer us the pizza free of charge. Well, we tried to get the pizza ourselves and turns out they threw it away. Driver happened to arrive at Pizza Hut right when we called about changing our minds and picking it up ourselves and turns out he tossed out the pizza. Who knows where the driver was! Overall, their first impression was clearly not a good one. To the customers: NEVER order from here as you will only experience a hassle and a skipped meal. Unless their service changes otherwise. To the store: If you want satisfied customers and with better reviews, then better your service. We will no longer order Pizza Hut again.

I honestly didnt like anything about it. I order my triple decker pizza at 7:28. It says that itll be here around 8:33. One..an hour is already ridiculous. And then around 8:33 we notice the pizza still isnt here. So I call. They had the wrong number so yes. That was my fault. But really? You had my email address. Then they say that they dont have a driver and how they wont be able to deliver my food for another 30 minutes until the next driver comes in. So my pizza is sitting outside the oven for the amount of time. I finally get my pizza and the first pizza didnt have either pepperoni or mushrooms on it. Both pizzas are cold. Breadsticks are rough. Sauce is cold. Now I understand that the employees were trying to be nice and get everything worked out but there should of always been a delivery driver and then do you know what the driver asks me...do you have a pen? Seriously? Your a delivery driver...you should always have a pen. From all the mistakes they made..I got a refund...thank god...not ordering from this one again...like ever.

I have been ordering from this particular Pizza Hut for quite some time. I decided to order online last night at around 8:30pm. When I still hadnt gotten my pizza 10 minutes until they closed for the night, I decided to call. When I asked for the status of my pizza, I got "itll be an hour and a half" as a response. When I mentioned to Josh that they were about to close I received a "yeah it sucks". After I hung up my boyfriend decided to call Josh again. He asked to speak to the manager and lo and behold! Josh says he is the manager! After Josh hung up on my boyfriend I called and cancelled the order. This is when Josh says hes sorry, its his first day, he doesnt know his supervisors number but hell make sure he gets the message. Doubtful. Long story short, I suggest ordering from Papa Johns if youre looking for cheap dinner. I walked to Rosatis and had all of my food in 20 minutes.

This was the first time Ive ordered from this Pizza Hut. After I ordered online, the wait time was 30 minutes. After 35 minutes my husband was a little concerned. We were a little worried after reading some of the reviews but were reassured after our pizza arrived only 10 minutes past the delivery time. The delivery guy was very polite and apologized for being late. They were a little busy. Totally understandable. The pizza was delicious. So if they were late with my order, why do they get 5 stars? Because busy happens. Sometimes you get packed with orders in a night and deliveries can take an hour to get there. Mine was only 10 minutes late and my delivery driver still apologized for the delay, even though there wasnt that much of a delay. No harm no foul. They get 5 stars from me because the experience was 100% professional.

I ordered 2 pizzas was told 45 minutes for delivery. I waited over an hour to take two bites of a pizza before I realized the Italian sausage had went bad. I called the store to the manager. Who immediately got defensive and said " there is nothing wrong with the meat we just change are sausage all the time and that is why it is a different color". I told him there was not an issue with the color but with the taste. I I asked for his manager was since he was not accommodating or empathetic and he basically said he owned pizza hut. Of course the corporate office is closed it Sunday. A lesson really needs to be taught to the GM of this store about Customer Service. I would not even be leaving a review if he hadnt immediately made excuses. Now Im going to throw up due to the bad sausage.

I ordered pizza online at 6pm for 730pm pick up. I arrived at 725pm thinking I would have it ready but it turned out that they havent even started my order. Each time I asked for the update on where the pizza is I was told to hold on as they check on it in the back. Girl kept coming back with other peoples pizzas and then ignored me for the next 30 mins even though I asked her whats the hold up several times. I eventually got my pizza by 8pm. All they had to tell me is that the order was never processed and I would have cancelled the order rather than needlessly wait for the unknown.

The staff I dont really have a problem they made a mistake with my order hey thats okay too but when it comes to the overall appearance of this restaurant its dark and not appealing. Upon waiting for my order I went to use the bathroom and the bathroom was pretty nasty looking. This place needs a remodel job theres also a strange smell in the lobby. Hopefully my pizza is ok because it doesnt seem like the cleanest place. I normally dont review places but this place gave me a bad feeling I wont be coming back here again.

Stopped in to pickup my food and sat there for half hour and the only person that came out didnt even look like he worked there. And he just walked in and out never coming to the front to checkout the customers standing there! All I heard was the phone ringing off the hook....some guy in the back answering and another guy in the back talking and swearing. Ya needless to say I left and will not go back to that store!

Had to yell "Excuse me" to get the attention of the representatives who were talking in Kitchen. They would not care for waiting customers for more than 5 minutes. The customer service lady at the front desk said credit card machine is not working and she only accepts cash. I provide her with cash, then she tells she would accept credit cards as well. Unpleasant experience. I guess they are racist. Shameful.

pizza is wonderful here, but home delivery is hopeless, not speaking here about 10 minutes lateness, their rekort is 90 minutes, and should be 30 minutes delivery, not be ordered there pizza as you are hungry because they can be so he could not bear and you eat something before the pizza gets to your house and then already you will not taste as it should
