I am usually not very picky with my pizza preferences and am usually easily pleased with pizza in general. Last week was my first time at pizza hut with my family and my first impression of the place was that they had seriously sticky tables. I am not typically a person who likes to complain so instead of telling our server, I asked for a glass of water and used the napkins provided at the table to try and clean the sticky feel off myself. Sadly even after wiping it down vigorously the table remained sticky. A customer next to me noticed what I was doing and mentioned that his table was the exact same and that when he asked to be moved they host said that the back booths were closed already. Now aside to the sticky tables when our food was received, the wings were really good and perfectly cooked and seasoned but I cant say the same for the pizza. As I mentioned in the beginning, I am not hard to please when it comes to pizza but this was just gross! The pizza had little to no cheese at all and was literally paper thin with no crunch at all. When picking up the pizza to eat it was very floppy and almost seemed like it wasnt cooked fully. We ordered the bacon cheese stuffed crust and were totally disappointed after noticeably tasting that the bacon was not real bacon but bacon bits! If it is not clear I will never go back to a Pizza Hut again unless it is just to order the wings for take out and nothing else.

Terrible customer service- The manager requires training Levy Amison. I had placed an order for my food online 4.21.2017. I requested for my food to arrive at 12 (noon). An hour has past and still no food. The manager lacks the following skills 1. attentiveness (poor listening skills), 2. knowledge (stated food was out for delivery for over an hour and when I called back to get an update he hung up on me. 3.Goal oriented focus- based on this review and previous it appears this location has a problem with servicing it customers with what they order. Further how does a location want to grow in revenue if its employees push customers away.

Horrible I order a freaking pizza that seriously was 20 mins late and cold,plus not what I wanted or what I order I called the freaking place and they had me talk to the manager who wanted to give me credit or send me another one and I wanted another one that was right and warm because seriously pay $17 for a 7 slide pizza is ridiculous and she starts arguing with me that no I didnt put f**** ham on the order. Like dude is not only that but now she heard what she wanted a big FU and I dont want anything anymore. Never oder from here because for me it was definitely the last time I did.

Been coming here for many years. Since before they moved to the plaza, during the time they were located on te corner of Harlem Ave and Forest Preserve Dr but lately this place has gotten bad. Took 1hr to get two pizzas on a dead night. Then waitress kept forgetting to bring the drinks to top it off she we only saw her a total of three times that night. This place has become a dump and really dont think I will continue to come here.

Havent been to a pizza hut in 20 years but I wanted to give this location a try. I ordered pizza for pick up and the review is based on that. Better to order online if you take your pizza to go!!! They have great deals for online only orders! The pizza was so fresh and it tasted delicious!

Ordered a stuffed cust because we didnt have one in a while and was excited about it. Came with wrong toppings and not stuffed crust. They offered credit or another pizza. After 1hr 30min we called about the second Pizza again and waited. We never got our pizza. What horrible service....

The people that work here are morons skinny little kid behind the register messed my order up 3 times how stupid can u be all he kept asking is if he can go for a cigarette and the menagerie was just as bad didnt care that the staff are idiots maybe because shes an idiot herself

I went there and waited 15 minutes so someone will get my order and a worker saw me waiting and just kept going to the kitchen so a girl on break came and took my order and the phone for them rang 5 times when I was waiting and no one picked it up.

Placed order on Dec.17. Food was over 45 minutes late. Manager assured me that I would not be charged. Not only did they charge my credit card, they ADDED an extra $8 tip on top of it! Save your receipts! They will steal from you!

this location does not get orders right, skimp on ingredients, and undercook their food. Easily one of the worst Pizza hut locations in The chicago-area, let alone pizza restaurants in the city.
