placed my order online on July 22 at 6:50 PM and i picked an option for pick up at 8:00 pm . at 8:10 pm i was at the store to pick up my order, there was three guys working and young lady a total of four people . waited almost 10 minutes for one of the four employees to ask me if they can help me and i explained to him that i placed my order online and i am here to pick it up and then he left to check and see if it is ready but he never returned to tell me anything or explain what is going on . i waited almost 15 minutes after that then the lady approached me and told me that my pizza was not ready and it was given away by mistake which i believe that is a very lame excuse . by the way, she did not even apologize and she left me like i was not even there . the store was filthy and the uniforms of the employees is very dirty and not even been washed . touching money and then going back to make pizza with filthy hands . very disgusting and unprofessional employees . this is my last time to order from that store and i will make sure all my family and friends to stop ordering food from your store .

I tried to call in an order for delivery today and was actually refused the order because more than one person was ordering. After offering to pay separate delivery fees, or to even put all orders on one card, they still refused. I was so taken aback by their behavior I cant even begin to explain the shock. And this was from the actual manager. We had ordered from them in the past, and were told that all the other times they did this for us, it was against policy and the delivery drivers would be written up for their mistake. I told the manager that this would prevent us from using them again in the future, and he responded that he didnt care and actually hung up on me. Id worked in the restaurant business for over eight years in the past, so I know and understand first hand how tense things can get. But this kind of treatment was not only rude, it was also inexplicable and completely out of line. As a corp., Pizza Hut should know better. This was totally unacceptable in my opinion, and as a long time customer, theyve lost my business and respect.

Doesnt even deserve the damn star! Worst experience ever! I am a customer from this location on rand rd. across the street from walmart. have been ordering there for a long time and frequent. I ordered the dinner box and got it delivered when i open up the box half the damn pizza had no cheese on it! it was just sauce and the toppings. I called to let them know because it was all 4 pizzas and i spoke to the manager. he told me he made those pizzas himself and thats how much cheese goes on the pizza. well excuse me but if i remember correctly a pizza comes with enough cheese to cover a pizza! am i right or am i wrong???? it is not the first time i have had a bad encounter eith them but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and they still proved me wrong! Another time was the delivery man took more than 2 hours to deliver the pizza and the manager couldnt get a hold of the driver. we got cold pizza that day i called and complained AGAIN and the finally sent another pizza. very bad management and poor customer service! dont recommend to anyone

Ordered pizza online, and waited in apartment living room for delivery. About five minutes after the scheduled delivery time, I checked my phone for time & saw that I had a missed call with no voice message from a number I didnt know. Called back, and it was the driver who told me he rang the doorbell, and called with no answer so he left. Its an apartment complex that you are supposed to walk into, so I had no way of knowing he was there, and he didnt leave a voicemail from a number I didnt know so obviously didnt know it was him. He told me he could come back in 30 minutes after his next delivery..... then shortly after hung up on me. Called the store, and was given the same attitude, and when I told them that they should speak to their drivers about customer service I was dismissed. Waiting on the food now, but def not going here again. What the hell, if you have this many bad reviews, perhaps CHANGE HOW YOUR STORE WORKS!

ordered online about 745pm and it said pizza would around 825pm. we called around 835pm and asked if the delivery was on the way and they said yes. called at 855pm and asked where the delivery guy was at and they said that our order was for carry out. already mad i was on my way to drive over there and then we hear a door knock at 900pm...it was the delivery guy. we asked why the lady would make a stupid remark about it being carry out and then hes there. he asked do we want the pizza or not and i just went ahead and gave him the cash before our 3 kids are starving. the delivery guy with the porn stache also gave us an attitude and the pizza was cold and hard. we talked to the "manager" named "bill" to complain and instead of trying to work with us, he was also very rude to my wife.

Its always hit or miss with this Pizza Hut. It depends on whos working. There are maybe two or three good employees, and the rest can just leave. Ive been patronized with a funny look for my dislike of tomato sauce with my breadsticks, and there was even one time I was able to drive up there while I was on hold to place my order (About a 10 minute drive while I was on lunch for work) and as I walk in the place, still on hold, the employee behind the counter is just standing and staring. Doesnt even make a move toward the phone. Ill have to be pretty desperate to visit this Pizza Hut again. (By the way, this is not a sit down restaurant, it is a walk in Pizza Hut. Do not expect the same quality as a sit down Pizza Hut.)

I called this Pizza Hut for a delivery, and the young man on the phone was in the middle of taking my order and then he said, "oh mam were actually closed im right now" okay soooooo you couldnt tell me that before you took my oeder?? 6 months bofore this my husband and i went to this Pizza Hut and waited for an hour nobody ever came to out table. We didnt even get menus. My husband even went to talk to the manager,but the managet did not want to talk, so we just left and went somewhere else. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!!!!!!

me and my wife wanted to bake a Digiorno Pizza, but our oven just broke. so we ordered Pizza Hut. wed say, this was the WORST pizza we ever had. the pizza was paper thin, very little cheese, barley any sause, and it was kinda soggy too. $13 down the drain ! how are you still in buiseness ? I wanted to rate this zero stars, but it wouldnt let me. yet, anther disappointment.
