I ordered a pizza from this location and then called to verify that it was ordered with the correct sauce. The phone rang for 30 mins before I called a different location who told me that the pizza I ordered was incorrect. I drove to the location while remaining on the phone, and went in to find the phone ringing at the checkout desk, and at least 6 employees walking past it ignoring it. I then had to wait for them to remake the pizza, and was offered no apology. I contacted the headquarters with my complaint, and they said that the store manager would be in contact with me. I waited a month and was never contacted. I informed headquarters again of my complaint and that I was never contacted, and never got a reply. I have been in the location since, and the phone was ringing the entire time that I waited for my order.

Ive ordered from this location quite a few times and slowly their delivery times took longer and longer. Today, I placed my same, typical order and it took an hour and a half despite only being a few miles away. When I got my food, it was cold and now Im up throwing it up. Looks like someone either didnt fully cook my order or someone let my food get so cold that it gave me food poisoning. I was a faithful customer for months, but Im done now. Ill stick with Papa Johns because at least they deliver my pizzas in about 30 minutes and I never get sick of their pizzas!

2 weeks in a row on Sunday, they were out of dinner boxes and it took 4 calls for someone to answer (dialing 2 minutes each call before was disconnected). Love Pizza Hut pizza, but HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! A business should be able to accommodate a dinner rush and/or football games and stock appropriately and be able to answer phones ( I would be OK with waiting on hold if answered). If anyone wants Pizza Hut, drive a few extra miles to the next closest location or another pizza business (Toppers & Papa Johns are near by) because this one is not worth the phone call.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I ordered my food at 7:07pm, a pizza, bread sticks, 8 piece wings, and soda. I wait well over the estimated time and no wings. I call right away, the driver was pulling away at this point. I tell them no wings and if they could please send them. She tells me the next driver in would bring them. It is now 10pm and still no wings. This is ridiculous. Every time Ive ordered at this location they have been really slow at delivering, this is the straw that broke the camels back, no more ordering from here again

They tried to give me the wrong pick-up order, then found the right one. Then I found out 3 days later that they had double charged my credit card. When I had called and spoke with someone about it, he said that it wold be back on my card within the next 2 days. Now it is over 1 week later and I am still trying to get this matter solved. Spoke with a Rebecca today that could not help me in any way even though she was the manager. Now I have to call YET again tomorrow. This is absurd. How is this a franchise?

Zero stars. Honestly, dont waste your time. Im not one to complain or go out of my way but the food hadnt been delivered after their anticipated 1 hour delivery time period. Gave them an extra 30 mins before I called to find out that my order was still in store and would be going out in one of the next couple deliveries. No courtesty call or anything. This place is a joke. Your customer service is a joke. Never should of given you a 3rd chance. Just do everyone a favor and close your business.

Order my food at 11:18 called 5 minutes after ordering and they say the delivery guy left already. I called to make sure my ranch and stuff was in the bag and the lady said it was. Delivery guy shows up 12:12 exactly with no sauce cold pizza and warm wings and a Diet Pepsi in the bag when I ordered a regular one! I call back up to Pizza Hut and I get no answer! I will be calling in the morning to get my money back.

Read a review that stated this was a dine-in location - this is not the case, unless you count the four chairs that people use to wait for their pick-up orders. This place is strictly delivery. Other than that misconception, everything went fine here when getting dinner - they made everything just as good as any other Pizza Hut location in the area, friendly staff, great job with the breadsticks, and tasty pizza.

horrible customer service also they dont cook your pizza right or get your orders right!!!! im taking my hard earned money to dominos!!!! im done with this location will never buy your pizza again i could see a mistake once in a blue moon but every time they need 2 fire the whole staff and start new including managers!!!!

My property is 1.4 Miles from this store and Im being told that Im out of their delivery area. They wont even deliver a mile and a half from the store. You just created a loyal Neds Pizza customer. Neds is farther away from me than pizza hut and they deliver to my place. Just poor customer service!!

the guy who attended me on phone doesnt know how to speak to customers. he didnt even spoke when he received my call and when i said hello the guy started talking in a rude and in a yelling manner. I dont understand how pizza huts managers hire this type of people. really disgusting.

Dont try calling to order anything - I was waiting on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get an order for pickup after my BF was done with work. He arrived before they even answered and could hear the phone ringing. Very unpleasant experience, why even have a phone?

Up until recently, weve never had a problem. Our last order made our family ill, and this most recent one arrived about 40 minutes late. I dont know what problems this location is experiencing, but they need to get their act together. Wish them the best.

This location does deliver to the Sleep Inn Hotel & Suites!! Their website does not allow an online order to the store, but I called and sure thing - they were at the door in 30 min (they said 45!) Good service, good food

Service was terrible. I was hung up on twice by the manager and all I asked is if I could pick up the pizza instead of having it delivered because it took over an hour and a half to have it delivered.

Ordered carry out 30 min ahead of time. I get to the location with no other customers here and I still have to wait 20 min. Dont come here if youre on a lunch break. Just order delivery.
