My expirence here all the times Ive had it are bad. The first time, I asked for light sauce and garlic buttery crust and they put no sauce and hut favorite crust. The second time was the worst. We ordered a large stuffed crust (garlic butter crust) with pepperoni. Very simple. Yet, the pizza crust was plain and the whole pizza was falling apart. The crust was stuck to the box and we couldnt even peal it off. When we bit into the stuffed crust, it was not fully cooked and you could taste and see the pizza dough. The cheese was not even melted and the inside was cold. When I called and told them the situation they said they can only give me 10 gift card for the 15 dollar pizza. Otherwise, they would remake. I took the remake and they said they would bring it to our house in 1 1/2-2 hours, which is ridiculous because they didnt even cool our pizza and were rude on the phone. I do not suggest going here. Bad service.

Poor service it took me 1hour 20 mins for delivery. The website said 25-30. It was a thursday in the mid day so not busy. After calling them they acted like i was the dumb one when they said it usually takes 25 35 minutes, and Sky says they are on schedule. She has the store GM call me the next day and she says she will only replace the wings on my order even though i only 3 slices of pizza before going back to work, so they cost me money and frustration. I understand why their ratings are so bad. The GM twisted my words and i cam in to the store she then after 2 mins of talking to me ignores me and casually goes back to work, and the delivery driver was awful as well

Every time I call I am on hold for 10 minutes until I hang up. Then I call back constantly until they answer and the pizza will always take 2 hours no matter what time of day it is. This place sucks. Should just be turned into a parking lot. would be more useful. Level of competency at this place is at first grade. they dont care, dont eat here.

So I ordered with time and everyhting and they said I would be 1 hour and 5 minutes for a delivery, fine I waited. I called at the time of this supposed delivery and they told me there were 14 orders that had to be delivered still, BEFORE MINE. that is ridiculous. Dont order here.

They were extremely rude on the phone. "we are really busy" and hung up on me. I love me some pizza hut but i have never anything but bad service here... DO NOT GO HERE. There are other better pizza places.

on new years eve I placed an order 3hr before pick up, when I got there I still had to wait 30 more min for my order to be done they credit my whole order

For pick up, this pizza hut is great, i place my order, and its normally ready in about 15 minutes. They always get the order right.
