We were staying at a local hotel and attempted to order pizza online. Online ordering was closed so I called this Pizza Hut to find that they only had one delivery driver so they were only taking phone orders. I placed my order (1 large stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza, 12 honey BBQ bone in wings, and a 2 liter of Dr Pepper). I was baffled that our total was over $37 but I agreed and hung up the phone as I had a family to feed and it was already 9 pm. The man on the phone stated delivery would be 45 minutes- 1 hour. As I was waiting for our order, I looked up pricing online and our pizza should have been $9.99, wings approximately $13.50, and soda $1.50...a far cry from $40! When the delivery driver finally arrived at 10:22 (almost an hour and a half!) I asked why the bill was so much and she stated they do not have the same deals as online. I didnt have the option to order online! But, I took the food, tipped the driver, and closed the door. She must have been out delivering a bunch of orders because our food was cold. I would NOT recommend ordering from this restaurant!

Ive ordered at this location 4 times in the past two years. Each time I order--whether it be pick-up, in-store, online, or delivery--they get it wrong! I know to always order extra sauce, because they barely put any on at all. If i want a good amount of cheese, I have to pay for extra cheese, otherwise they just lightly sprinkle it on. I have to specify to take it out of the oven 40+ seconds early, otherwise it comes out dry and dark brown (almost like its burnt). When I go into the shop, I see that none of the employees wash their hands when switching back-and-forth from the register and phones to the food. Ive gotten hair in my pizzas, and plastic in my wings and pastas. This location needs new management and new employees!!!! Ill make the drive to go to a different Pizza Hut location instead of going to this place! In fact, Ill just call Toppers next time. ***Id recommend going somewhere else, if you want pizza!***

Ordered from this location twice. Each time the food has come extremely late. First time it took 1.5 hours when ETA was 45 mins. The second time it took 1 hour and 5 minutes when the ETA was 35 minutes. Each time the pizza has been cold, even though we saw the delivery driver take it out of the heated - bag they transfer the pizza in. Also each time the pizza has been dry. Im lead to believe this location is extremely short on drivers or something and must cart around multiple pizzas when they leave the restaurant. The 2nd time I also ordered a garlic sauce and did not receive it at all. I will absolutely not be ordering from this location ever again.

:-/ I feel sorry for the employees. Understaffed, undertrained, and poorly managed. I was told to come in, in 15mins...I did, and now Ive waited another 15, and still no followup or explanation....now 25...I was going to do delivery, but they told me it would take 1hr and 45mins. Id almost be willing to help consult the owners on turning this place around, since theyre missing out on so much business due to their missed calls and people getting frustrated.

I stood in line waiting to be helped and heard the phone ring for 17 minutes straight (still ringing) when asked if they were going to put the call on hold they said they arent answering because theyre busy. "Were listening to music we cant hear it anyways" I said so you dont take orders cause youre busy? Or at least put them on hold? The answer was "No, what do you want? Did you order food?"

Placed on July 3 at 2:54 PM and it is currently 4:31 PM (I still have not received my PIZZA)!!! I called them to check on my order, no remorse or even a fake apology Nothing! And the delivery driver is JUST now leaving out. I will leave another review or at at least update you all on the CRAPPY service. Apparently having 1 driver is a frequent event at this place. smh

after ordering online said it would take 3.5 hrs to deliver , thinking ok this must be a mistake, i checked my email it said 90 min. I tried to call the place after calling the number numerous times they all resulted in the same thing, they hung up on me. The food finally arrived.. it was correct and tasted good. if your willing to wait, guess its worth it.

The guy that helped us told us about the deals going on and that was great. The pizzas were fairly quick and really good. The guy that made them in the jeans and flannel shirt was adorable. Making eye contact is a great thing in the service industry so it was great he did when handing me the order. Thank you guys for being great!

Some nights the service is exceptional! However, some nights, I practically beg for someone to just be nice while Im ordering. The delivery drivers are ALWAYS nice to me and very prepared. (they bring flashlights, pens, and a smile :) Its pizza hut, what can you expect?

The pizza is paper thin, almost no sauce to be found and pretty much nothing but nasty grease! Honestly the most disgusting pizza I have ever had in my life. Ive had more sauce on a frozen pizza! The only thing thats not a complete disappointment is the stuffed crust.

I ordered a veggie lovers pizza and they forgot the tomatoes. I got two orders of bread sticks also and they were dry. Absolutely no butter or seasoning on them. Thankfully Jay was very pleasant and had it remade and sent right back out.

Sauce is more like tomato paste. Crust had a sticky feeling. I ordered the supreme. Totally no flavor toppings were light. Oh it was a medium. They totally have lost their standing as pizza it was not even worth the one

Always love the food, but seriously understaffed and Im lucky to get my food within an hour and a half of ordering. I live 3 blocks away. Theyre later and later every time to the point Im ready to stop ordering.

You can see through this pizza. Ordered online pickup to be ready at 10pm and had to wait 15 more minutes. Also store is very dirty. There are only better pizza places.
