Ordered online a large pizza for carry out .After 5 minutes got a call and the " manager" explained that they dont have large pizzas cause they are out if boxes. Changed my order to 2 medium pizzas . When I got in the store the credit card terminal was not working so I couldnt pay with a credit card. Had cash on me so I offered to pay in cash . It turned out the they have problem with the register and cant provide change . I waited for 15 minutes and nothing. I literally tried to get my pizza and run out of the store but they warned me theyll call the police. I dropped the pizzas and left . When I arrived at home the police was waiting for me by my front door. Good thing is that they understood the situation otherwise I could end up in jail, because of this stupid Pizza Hut store . Avoid trouble and definitely avoid Pizza Hut of Des Plaines

I never thought one could mess up something as simple as a pizza order, but this place achieved that performance. I waited 70 minutes (Yes, I timed it) from the moment I put the order in. I asked for 3 toppings (mushrooms, olives, jalapeños) and received just jalapeños. Unbelievable bad service. This is probably my only Google review, but I specifically logged in to write this one because Ive never been more ticked off with food service in my life! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this place. If I could, I would give them -2 stars!

Horrible place. All the employees are drug addicts. They also smoke while working which can be confirmed by the number of cigarette butts on the floor where the pizza is made. Im sure that all of the employees would be arrested if the police happens to check the location - which would be preferred before they create a bigger problem. Just a bunch of junkies in one place. Its not sanitary or safe for people like them to be dealing with food.

Never ordering from there again, order pizza for delivery and waited 2 hours. We called pizza hut and they told us that the delivery guy was lost we told them that they shouldve gave us a call for help. Afterwards we had to go find the delivery guy and we found him going the wrong way on a one way road. he still expected a tip from us. Silly guy.

This is the worst pizza hut. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! The food is always cold or old and today I ordered food at 930. They said the pizza will be delivered at 10. I called multiple times at 1010 and after. They closed and never let us know anything. This place will disappoint you. Go to McDonalds instead. I would give negative stars if I could.

Poor service 1st time after months i decided to try again. Boneless wings absolutely fantastic but the pizza terrible. Pork tastes expired. So good luck. Wont ever order at this location again or all my co workers staying in hotel next door. Choose wisely....

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. They have awful customer service and the manager let me know she wasnt going to fix the pizza order or even try to make me happy. The food at this place was dry and burnt. I would not be going back.

Nothing to add that hasnt already been said. The lousy Papa Johns in Mount Prospect (which is further away I might add) delivers faster. Should have just paid the premium from the many quality pizza joints in town.
