First off we absolutely love idaho pizza..it is our go to for pizza night. However, the last 2 times we have ordered from this location it has been a bad experience for us. The first time we had a hair in our pepperoni pizza and I told my kid to just eat another slice. Then I was eating a slice of idaho supreme and had a bristle from a basting brush in mine. They were nice enough to refund us that time. Tonight I ordered pizza at 8:28pm as we dont get home from work till then. I ordered 2 pizzas and was told 45min or faster. Here I am sitting at 9:45pm and still no pizzas. Called the location and was told it would be another 15-20min.. terrible service. Now my children are having to stay up even later for dinner.

11/12/16 We want to Idaho pizza for dinner around 5 pm, we order the supreme, it was cook properly and had lots of topping on the pizza, you have great staff and good service. I will be back again. Keep up the good work. We were getting read to leave and a customer came in and informed the staff that my truck had been hit by a white GMC suburban type vehicle, it left the seen and this other gentleman had see my vehicle get hit and tried to get plate #, I would like to thank your staff for helping that gentleman fined me and getting the information I need to know about my vehicle being hit. Thank you to all your staff that night.

Everything was ok. Salad bar was good. Service was good. They gave me a cold salad plate since my family and I were eating there. Unfortunately my pizza 2 large pizzas were put made and put in the warmer for their to go orders. After an extended wait time, I asked and that is where they found the pizzas. The pizzas didnt taste the same since they were now more chewy than crunchy, and we had waited too long during a time that they didnt have too many customers at that location during our stay.

I actually love this place , but the last three times that we have been in, it was just awful. All three times there was a new person taking our order, which is the exact same every time we come in to dine. Every time we are overcharged, and/or our order is wrong. I use coupons, and the person refuses to use them or flat out lies and says that she/he did use them when they did not. We are at that point when we have had enough, and we are not sure if well be back.

Wheres the red sauce in your pizzas that you are or were so famous for?? Talked with the manager and was told that they are limiting the amount of red sauce used pryor. Shame on you! If I wanted just dough and cheese I would order cheesy bread sticks. Cutting corners is making a frozen pizza in a box more desirable. Good luck!!

Pretty good pizza but poor customer service. Called for take out. When I went in to pick up I was told to get in the back of the line of people waiting to get a seat. Pizza was ready when I got there 20 mins after I called to order, but cold when I got to the front of the line a half hour later.

If u dont eat certain things on a pizza for their lunch buffet, they make you feel like an idiot for asking them to make something else. Most everyone attending to customers are jerks, they need to fire a few people and hire some with more than an 8th grade edumacation

At 70 years old I got carded to see if I was old enough to drink beer. Beer was warm Pizza was cold . The cashier was more intrested in talking to others while taking my order . I found the.whole.process way below the.usual Idaho Pizza standards...

Salad bar is pretty good, the pizza is fresh and you can choose between buffet style service or ordering your own. Staff are usually pretty friendly. They do welcome kids, in fact they even have a small arcade area for the older kids.

Dont miss this place if you like pizza. Come during the week for the lunch special .... fresh salad bar, scrumptious pizza and drink for $10. If you come at noon dont expect to find a parking place.

Service is horrible, waited for 45 minutes only to find they lost our order. To top it off, there were not very many customers in main dining area, I would hate to see how it is when they are busy!

We like their pizza. They have a pizza buffer one day a week where you can come in and try all the pizzas on the buffet table. Dont remember which day but it was packed !

Great Pizza... the crust is immaculate and toppings are just right. Would recommend for anyone. The restaurant even has gluten free pizza.
