From the Pizza Chains, Pizza hut was my favorite; however this location has became a NO-GO! Their Pizzas gave me a serious FOOD POISONING as it was my last unusual bit in the evening. Taken away that most deals arent even available here, it is still quite pricey for what your get. Pricey or not- you should not get sick and they should adhere to their food safety standards. Just to get the orders done as soon as possible, leaving customers out with under baked Pizza is just wrong. The previous time Ive ordered the stuffed crust, which is a thick-ish crust with cheese filled in the sides. To be honest, due to the under-baked nature of the Pizza the cheese was 1 with the dough as you could only taste elastic dough- and then the cheese. They provided me with a $20 coupon on a $35 dollar order when I requested a refund. This was not provided, and I thought; let me give them another try- which I did last night. This time I was afraid of re-ordering the stuffed crust, but when with their most thin and crispy Pizza. Sounds pretty vague if they messed up the crispy one as well? Apparently not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time- UNDERBAKED again. As I had extra chicken, that wasnt cooked well and probably had been sitting their since the early afternoon and the day before. GUYS, PLEASE TAKE THEIR 2/5 STARS SERIOUSLY. People who share a review are simply just a fraction of people whove had encountered some serious problems here. Oh, and taking care of an issue? Forget it. Theyll tell you that you will be called back; but that would never happen.P

The guy in the front is super creepy and scary and has no character and came off kindda rude. When i asked questions he just stared at me and was hesitant to answer my questions. On the other hand there was a cute younger blk guy and he was super nice and friendly and gave the customer behind me excellent service and his smile was everything.

Horrible experience. Employees s were eating food licking there fingers and preparing the Food. "Unsanitary". I Wasnt happy at all. I told the Manager on duty he seemed a little irritated with my complaint. All in all he did have the employees wash there hands & re-due our food.

do not go here the owner is a jack ass and would tow his own customers. And upon reading other reviews no wonder he is a jack ass... Majority of his customers hate the customer service and the place is a complete dump. Maybe he just gave up a long time ago.

Placed an order online and have waited for over an hour. I called this pizza hut which is the one who delivers to my area and apparently they dont have my order. This is the last time I will order pizza hut as it is the second time they do this to me.

Just placed an order over the phone for delivery (its actually raining here!!!). They were super nice and friendly and delivered flawlessly! Hooked me up with the pretzle stuffed crust... OMG!
