Normally we have a great experience with Dutch Bros, we are VERY frequent customers. Tonight was the worst service we have EVER had. We walked up to the window to order 2 drinks, 4 cars were served through the drive through in the time from taking our order till we were handed our drinks. One of our drinks was made incorrectly and we asked for it to be redone. The very young man at the counter then miked additional soy and flavors together and took the drink that had already been handed to us and the cup that he measured the new ingredients in into the back area to burn them all together. We stated to a young lady who is working that that was incorrect the drink had been made wrong and that all he was doing was adding new stuff to it and asked again for the drink to be remade. She and the young man came back from the back area and handed us the drink and told us that it was now correct. I stated to them that I wanted the drink redone and they got all upset they did finally remake the drink. The girl was very rude stating that they make 100s of complicated drinks everyday and on occasion they are going to get things wrong. I stated to her that that was understandable to make mistakes but the attitude and that a customer asks for something a certain way and that that is what they are wanting to buy what they ordered then that is what you make. She got upset and walked away and started making a drink for a drive-thru customer while she was drinking another drink at the counter.

I dont think I will come to this location anymore. Your employees here are rude. The girl taking the order was rude as it was our first time ordering one of your new infused teas. She rolled her eyes and commented you dont know the drink..? When ordering the drink and calling it by the wrong name. We had a free punch card and we got to tip and he comments "I bet it tastes better free". Well, we bought 10 prior to earn the free drink, which is a perk. It isnt an expectation. We always tip well as being a server is hard. I will reconsider my purchases with this location going forward. I would rate lower but one person was nice.

I love Dutch Bros and I would have given it a 5 star rating, but Im giving 3 stars to this Dutch Bros on Cleveland Blvd. Because So far 2 of there staff members have been unfriendly, Both tried to avoid taking my order at the drive through and one has even glared at me. They were both females, one was blonde and the other was a brunette Im used to the fun, outgoing, and bubbly staff and hip environment, and this Dutch Bros didnt feel like that for me. It was a uncomfortable experience, and it was unprofessional. Ill be buying my Dutch Bros coffee else where.

My favorite local coffee shop. The people that work there are always cheerful, caring, and thoughtful, and the owners are simply amazing. Coffee is always great and consistent. I love how much time and money this company puts into its community. You can tell they call this place home.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff. Tasty coffee beverages. Weird music. Must be nice to have a job where you can just play around on your iPhone in between customers. I bet that Dutch Bros supports the marijuana legalization movement.

This is the worst Dutch Bros location. Employees are not as friendly and outgoing as other locations. And the order line can be pure chaos sometimes. As two lanes merge into one. But, if you need a DB fix, its still better than Starbucks!

All of their staff is Amazing! The coffee is always good! They have lots of different drinks to choose from if you dont like or want coffee. They do a good amount of work in the community. They also have muffin tops.

Love Dutch but oh my god do I miss when they were a younger company and didnt have a preblended mix for chocolate drinks. They should bring back the blending one espresso drink at a time... I miss it a lot.

I dont like that they got rid of the 2 drive through windows and expect 2 lanes to merge into 1 lane. Its dangerous. Cars are flowing into Ustik do to it.
