W Cheyenne location is the worst! I came in today ordered two smoothies and they didnt taste right. The flavor was off, no sugar and huge chunks of ice. I asked the staff is they can fix it and they didnt want to fix it, I asked to speak to the manager and she didnt want to fix it either!! The worst part is that they had an attitude , they just wanted me to leave. After a while she "remade" it. She post the smoothies back in the blender and added a couple pumps of some liquid (didnt tell me what it was). When they gave them back to me it still tastes nasty! I was so mad! This is the second time this happens to me at this location (first time I didnt say anything). Im staying away from this location from now on!

I order the same thing I go to TS. Very Berry Green Tea, now its on the retired lost, but they can still make it. The Asian lady says shes never heard of it, so I order the Acai Berry Boost. Its pretty much the same thing, if you sub the banana with green tea. So, I started ordering that.... I ordered it Tuesday with no issues, but today, Friday apparently they cant use green tea anymore because of my order Tuesday. Really? Obviously I come there often, and would have continued to come there, but now they have a stick up their ass about a drink they used to serve, and have all the ingredients to make, but they, what? Simply dont want to make it? That is terrible service.

Located in the same complex as my work, and my office loves it!! Owned by a very sweet older asian couple (who work their butts off all day every day), and many competent, friendly and fast employees. My favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe by far. Erica must be delusional for writing such a biased review. I used to work for Tropical Smoothie, and the promotional coupons are buy one get one free smoothies OR bistro sandwiches. Dont hurt an honest couples small business just because you read your coupon wrong!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst place to pick up smoothies in the valley. After 5 mins standing at the order counter and being walked past and not acknowledged the worker said loud enough to hear "why do I have to serve him" and then when he walked to the cash register literally said nothing and waited for me to speak. If youre looking to waste $7 and 30 mins of your life on a below average smoothie, I insist. But I never will again

I love tropical smoothie but Hate this one ! Most Rude employees here ! Takes so long for food to come out! Learn to hire people who smile!! I come here so much and this some what newer girl named pattie was smacking gum and only gave me one punch after buying multiple smoothies and me complaining about it ! Absolutely rediculous just give me the punches for god sake I come here almost every single day!!! NEVER coming back to this location.

Clean place. staff needs coaching. The owner/manager is the worst in customer service. I ordered a smoothie with no sugar, when I got the smoothie it had a lot of Sugar, I told the employee that, she said shed remake it. The owner came out and started yelling at the employee for remaking. Never again Im going there.

Consistently good food. I drive past a Tropical Smoothie that is by my house to go to this one. The one by my house always messes up my order and the food isnt fresh. This one is always good. The owners are always there and the quality control is great. Very very happy and go there all the time.

Oh man, Ill tell ya, I wasnt ready for any of it! I originally wanted to go to Carls Jr., but the homies wanted this, so little did I know, they were the ones with better taste. I dont know what I ordered cuz I let the homie Flames order for me, but what I had was shim sham shally wham!

I no longer know how much smoothies are "supposed" to cost, but this one is 50 cents cheaper than the W. Charleston location. Ive never had a bad experience here and Ive been here multiple times. The wait never seems long even when its relatively busy.

Its Tropical Smoothie.. The smoothie was really good, and the atmosphere definitely felt tropical. And by that I mean when I entered into the store it was incredibly warm and humid. Definitely felt like I was in the tropics..

I liked how all the same smoothies are the same price, even though it doesnt make much sense since protein is included in some. I liked the health nut with whey, you can definitely taste the almondy-whey flavor though.

I have always loved this place! This is one of the better locations. May be busy at times but the wait isnt too bad. They do, unfortunately, require you to be in uniform of you are looking for a military discount.

We had a coupon for buy one get one free of EQUAL or LESSER value. I wanted a sanwhich and a reg smoothie. They said it had to be the same item...makes no sense and they dont know how to use coupons..
