3 strikes and Im done with this location. Ive been here multiples times. The last 3 in particular have been terrible at this location. I place an order never more than 2 smoothies and bam behold the art of forgetting to even give the person making the smoothies the ticket for drinks. So I always sky and wait and wait and after people that come in after me have gotten their orders I always have to ask "umm just curious how much longer until mine is done" And its always the same response. Oh are you ready to order? I already ordered and Im actually tired of constantly dealing with this. Jamba Juice is less than a 5 minute drive away and you bet I will be going there for now on

To the reviewers that are posting about a poor drive thru service, youve got the wrong location. The location you all are referring to is on Horizon Ridge & Green Valley. This location (Eastern & Horizon Ridge) does not have a drive thru, and my experiences here have always been very pleasant. The staff is really friendly, and the product always comes out pretty fast, and is of high quality!

I came here 1/19/17 around 5:12pm. I ordered 2 smoothies and of course it was happy hour so i received a free one .. I waited 45 minutes for THREE smoothies! They had ONE guy working .. After receiving my smoothies after 45 minutes . They werent even made correctly!!!! I will not be coming back to this tropical smoothie! Such a waste of time and money here! I felt bad for the worker as well!

Asked for chipotle chicken club with no tomatoes and extra toasty. And when I got home , which took 5 min my sandwich had sliced tomatoes and was cold. Not like they didnt toast it long enough but more like it was not toasted at all! Only one employee working the establishment on a busy Friday night. Simply unacceptable from both the management and the staff.

I wanted a smoothie this morning but the only place I could think of is this one. I ordered two scoops of whey and I pay for two scoops of whey. They give me my drink with 6 to 8 ounces still in the blender. Great the two scoops I paid extra for are in you blender! Thanks for cheating me!

New to the area and new to being vegetarian and extremely grateful that in this area around me there is Tropical Smoothies that are 24/7 just had the detox island green and veggie wrap tonight. Delightful location, service was also friendly.

Waited in line 15 mins then when I finally got helped the guy tells me sorry its going to be 30 mins at least for food. Then he couldnt even give me the correct change. 2 people working at lunch time is probably not such a good idea.

You could drive to any other tropical smoothie in the valley and back and still get your smoothie quicker than their drive thru. Total joke! 2nd time that it takes more than 30 minutes for two smoothies here.

I have been going to this location since 2001, I think it was the 1st one in Las Vegas. This is the friendliest one out of them all for sure. Try the Blue Lagoon with Splenda it is only 130 calories!

Smoothies at this location were disgusting. First ones were made with at least a cup of sugar. The remake was just as bad. My chicken salad was also not as good at other locations.

The SLOWEST drive thru EVER. And thats if they decide to help you. I was told to hold please and sat there for 5 minutes before I left, not once, but twice. Lesson learned.
