The food here is hit or miss. Consistency is NOT the word to describe them. Usually, the food is pretty good, but sometimes you just take a bite and want to throw the rest of it away. Like others said, the fries are super greasy. I wanted to comment about two of the employees. Firstly, boo to the young lady who wanted to talk to the customer in front of me about where the customer lived, where she was born, what she does for a living, etc. while I was patiently waiting. In fact, I waited so long the cook came up to me to ask how many patties I was going to order so he could start making my food, I sat down at a table next to the register to wait while they finished their conversation, and then another employee came to take my order after all of this. Jesus, its okay to chat with customers, but semi-briefly when others are waiting. Secondly, double boo to the nasty girl who actually yelled out to the other employees that I was paying with a credit card (their receipts dont leave a line for a tip). If I wanted the entire store to know how I intend to pay, I can yell that out myself. I actually brought $2 in to put in the tip jar, but after that garbage, I think she can do without my hard earned money.

This is a very big five guys location. The inside is roomy, so even with a lot of customers you wont feel crowded. There are a few outdoor tables in a covered area that are very nice when the weather is right. The bathrooms are always clean. The burgers have a flavor similar to burgers off of a grill. The buns remind me a bit of Wendys buns. You can get as many toppings as you want on your burgers by just paying the standard burger price. The regular and Cajun fries are delicious, but keep in mind that a medium fry is often a huge quantity. I have never tried a grilled cheese sandwich here, but a friend ordered one and said that it is the most delicious grilled cheese sandwich you can find. We typically order online ahead of time on Friday night so that we dont have to wait for the crowd in order to pick up our food. The service is very friendly.

The food was pretty good, it was other things I didnt like about this location. It was extremely hot inside. The cashier wanted to split the amounts she put on my credit card which I thought was weird. And then I received the smallest amount of fries I have ever gotten at a Five Guys. Normally one fry is enough for all my kids to share and still take some home. Not here. I also thought their health score was a little low.

what to say what to say. yesterday I went to this location and ordered two burgers and fries to go for a total cost of almost $19! the surprise I found when I got home was to open the bag and find a soggy wet burger and a short HAIR in the French fries cup! what else to say....DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING. I should have followed my first instinct and ordered a large pizza and save money.

Terrible customer service. I had a call in. Paid for my order then watched as 5 people that came in after me received their food. When I asked about my order, the girl then pulled it off the top where they cook the fries and said oh we were waiting on your fries. I said everyone in front of me had fries and that bag has been there for 10 min. She just turned around and walked off

The evening my family and I visited, the doors were open and it was really hot and humid inside. Then we placed our order which came to $35+, but the cashier told us shed have to run our credit card three times since it was over $25. Say what? We paid with cash. The food was good and prepared properly. Id give it another chance but not impressed with the service.

Simple menu done well. A big cut above fast food, and still cheaper than a casual sit down place. The best improvement was to offer a smaller size french fry order. They are really great, but who can eat a pailful? ( cmon google- whst happened to the spellcheck? If you wsnt a mobile review thst doesnt tske a half hour, you need to add it!!)

Ordered a veggie sandwich but with bacon they provided me with a burnt bacon chip sandwich. Absolutely horrible. Customer service was even worse there was no gesture to try to make my sandwich correctly or effort to make it right. Troy the manager was flippant and NON customer focused.

While still serving a good burger there are other players moving into the Atlanta burger scene, offering a much superior product for about the same price. While I have enjoyed Five Guys in there past I will give there other guys a try for now...

Not one of the better Five Guys restaurants. Service trends to be slow and inconsistent. Sometimes you get the extra fries other times not. Many times they get orders wrong. Would not come here if it were not so close.

Greasy fries and burgers, not worth $12. So much oil in the bag it completely turned transparent. Fries dripping (saturated) in oil. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendys down the street. Same taste ⅓ the price!

One of the best cooked and best tasting burgers around. Well made. Good bang for the buck. All thats needed are milkshakes. The music needs to be more varied and not as loud. Five Guys has made me a believer.

Overpriced for what you get. The burgers and fries are really good, but the cost is too high for what you get. Forget bringing kids as their lack of affordable options for kids prevents us from going.

Food is consistently delicious here. Staff is polite and friendly. Orders take a little while to cook, but theyre worth the wait. Even on crowded days, Ive never waited an unreasonable amount of time.
