BBQ isnt hard to find but GOOD BBQ is! This place is the best kept secret in winder. The best ribs I have ever eaten, incredible bakes beans, and delicious pulled pork. I am not a big guy, but I always eat a half slab of ribs AND a pulled pork plate. I just cant get enough. I cant wait until they open a store in athens. If your traveling down 316 to and from Athens/Atlanta, the 2 mile trip off of 316 into winder to try this place out is well worth it. If you ever stop once, you will make it a regular visit, I guarantee. I think its just a matter of time befoe this place is featured on a food network somewhere for having the best BBQ in Ga. try it...

Busy for a sunday but probably cause its sunday... Garlic bread was stale... Chicken was smoked but tasted like no rub was there. They gave us small scoops of meat and just wasnt even worth it....good potato salad... Generic coleslaw... Husbands frys werent even crispy.. As busy as he said they were you would think fresh and crispy.... Ummmmm nope we were not goin there again... The hubs just got ketchup and A1( he doesnt ever eat ketchup) to dip his frys in.... I did like the spicey bbq suace but not worth our time or money... Must be just a winder local place for those who live near there............

We were driving around and had an aching for BBQ. Found this on GPS and decided to give it a try. OMG not only was the food fantastic the service was awesome. Server named Mary waited on us and she made us feel like we were at Sunday supper at her place. Great personality, detailed in explaining all the sauces and menu. A wonderful experience in a town we had never been. The southern hospitality is sure there. We live in big city and you do NOT get that kind of service. Banana pudding was as good as the BBQ. We will be back fore sure!

The food is not as much quality as the price would indicate. We paid $86 for mid-grade quality food. The cole slaw was hot, and some of it was even ON the sandwiches. The baked beans were lousy, too. Another thing, the lady over the phone gave us the wrong total, and she wouldnt tell us what the tax was until we got into the restaurant. I was angry, so I asked her to lower the price because she made the pricing mistake over the phone. A full 36 cents off... Yeah, I will not spend another dime there.

We must have gone on the wrong day. The best thing we had was the amazing onion rings. Our bbq was dry and the brunswick stew a disgrace to the south. My girlfriend actually said during our lunch that she would rather be at shanes. She begged me to try it bc she had read the reviews...she wasnt happy. The waitress seemed a little unhappy about being there, but i kind of think she was running the kitchen and the floor? We will go to johns...its worth the drive.

This place was terrible ! How they are getting all these stars I dont know, but my taste in bbq is much different. I got the pulled pork it was half fat and grissel. My sister got chicken sandwich, it was cold and dry. The beans didnt even come close to tasting like Baked beans, the cold slaw tasted at least 1 day old .The Texas toast was ok !

By far, the best barbecue Ive had in a while! The ribs were not overcooked like most people do them and full flavor. The baked beans were great also. And the cashier/waiter was awesome because she paid for my banana pudding which was the best I have ever had besides my moms. On top of that 20% military discount!!!

This place was suggested to me by a coworker but obviously our taste for bbq and brunswick stew are very different. The pork was too dry and the stew was a soup. It was way too watery and a little on the spicy side. The chicken and tomatoes in the stew also need to be chopped up.

I went here because of the reviews... Service was excellent but the pork... Disappointing. Didnt taste fresh, was on the dry side and portion size wasnt worth the price...more bun than meat. The sides were Cole slaw (basic and bland) and baked beans (just okay).

wow, just wow. Southern BBQ with lots of good sauces. We were there 2016,Jan 29,Friday night. Eat in, not crowded, great service. Price is good, filled me up. No problem parking. Here is the real tell; I am going back. Found my favorite BBQ place.

BBQ is wonderful - I always get it to go though because the service isnt great... they act like having customers is an inconvenience to them. But the food is great and prices are good! Theyre usually pretty quick too, unless theyre really busy

Really the best place in Winder to eat. Wings are phenomenal. BBQ is good for the area. And the staff is always friendly. I ordered take out on a busy Friday and came in 15 minutes later and it was done and delicious.

Love this place and visit all the time! The only thing going that dissapoints is the lack of veggies...I could go for some ham hock green beans or some corn on the cob. Otherwise awesome sauces and great tasting BBQ

Great food! Staff is very friendly as well. Meat falls off the bone at this place and unlike other BBQ resturants at this one you can pick your sauce. Meat is skillfully cooked and well flavored! Love this place!

The pork sandwich on garlic bread was an excellent mix of flavors. The barbecue is unique with the perfect mix of spices. The sides leave much to be desired however. Go for the ribs and meat, not the sides.

Excellent pork, sauce, beans, stew, nanner puddin and toast. Wife enjoyed the chicken and fried okra. Only needs some Splenda or Nutra Sweet for the tea. Worth the drive from Athens.

The barbecue was so good it didnt even need sauce. Not a big fan of stew. Tried some lime and pepper wings they were real good too. Great service would recommend this place again

Had the Pork PoBoy today, great sandwich! I have never had a bad experience here. These folks take BBQ and Customer Service seriously, and they enjoy what they do and it shows!

Best restaurant in Winder. Food and service were great! Love the 5+ sauces to try. The brunswick stew and potato salad were great. The meat had a great bark on it as well.

Everything I have tried here has been good. They have five BBQ sauces to choose from. The dry butter rub wings are great. Kids eat free Monday thru Wednesday.
