Absolutely the most horrible experience I have probably had in my life. Our pizzas came out in bowls. They had no silverware. We had ordered cheese sticks and they forgot to make them and when we said something, the waitress then decided she didnt need to wait on us anymore. Then when they finally brought the cheese sticks (after we were done with our pizza) she threw them on the table and rolled her eyes at us. The manager (who the waitress pointed out several times is her mom) saw all of this happen and gave no help. We go to leave and try to pay for our pizzas but were told our money wasnt welcomed here. Very rude and hateful people. The only plus was that our pizza was good.

We have ordered delivery from here twice. I dont know if it is just this location or Pizza Hut in general, but the food is horrible. It tastes burnt even though it doesnt appear to be. Both times we ordered we ended up throwing away the entire order except for one piece that we tried. Its not only the pizza that tastes this way but the breadsticks, cookie, brownies, almost any food that they have to cook tastes this way. This is not what I remember Pizza Hut as when I grew up eating it. I would look elsewhere for pizza. There is a Papa Johns, Dominos, Little Ceasers and Marcos in the area. Go there or order from one of them before ordering here.

Rude managers. Rude staff. Cancel my order. Seriously called me to tell me they had to add $1.00. To my order. After they already left a spoiled Pepsi and burned cookie last time. Ghetto acting, bad product. Pizza has been delivered burned, had a big hole once, even had a cold pizza from here. Delivery driver with a dog in the car? I never complained enough to get free food, only to inform. Now yall get disrespectful over $1.00? Lol as I write this I realize I shoulda switched to Dijourno long ago. Do not patronize this location. Its called Pizza Hut in the hole for more reasons than one!!!

Im not one to blast an establishment but I know I would not eat here on purpose. I stopped by because I was on a road trip saw the sign and thought an order of bread sticks would be great. As I walked in the door I saw an employee cleaning up but the floor was so sticky my shoes clung to it in spots and flies were in abundance. I decided to wait outside because if I didnt see the message I could eat the food. The person behind the counter was polite and respectful but it looked like there was something on her mouth like blisters. I paid for my food and left, I not be going back.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 cheese sticks, and a dessert. After waiting an hour and a half for my pizza, it arrived cold, incorrect, and incomplete. I called the store only to be told, "Well, we are super busy". After paying almost $50 for dinner for my family, I would hope to have a good dinner. Not from this Pizza Hut! What a train wreck...do yourself a favor and NEVER order from here. One a positive note, Papa Johns has always been amazing, but they just didnt have a buffalo chicken pizza my wife wanted.

Worst Hut I have even Seen! Dont get me wrong. I love Pizza Hut. I have tried but I given up on this place. I have NEVER gone the right order delivered. I have even tried pick up and they have gotten it wrong. I tried to eat in but it took over 30 minutes to get the order in. Still didnt get drinks until after our food. Beer is warm. Service is bad. Staff could care less. I call Corp that was no help. I dont know how they have stayed in bisness unless its a front for Drug Dealers?

I dont know why people are ripping this place so much; my goodness. I live in the area and have eaten takeout from there a lot; their food is as good as any other pizza hut I have been to in CO, MA, KY, and VA. I have never eaten inside, but it looks fine to me. Dont be scared off by all the negative comments. Not true not true

It was nasty I the pizza wasnt appetizing stuffed cheese in the crust tasted like a chrilled cheese the wings were terrible tasted like they just threw hot sauce on them and the bread stick tasted like they been out all day terrible Im not satisfied with my meal at all

TERRIBLE TIMING! First time, said will take about an hour, it was over an hour and a half before it got here. This time, it said about 30 minutes, and it took over an hour!! BUT, they do have very good boneless hot wings. Pizza is okay...

Waitress was really good. Our food was correct. The building is pretty disgusting. Walls look like they have been in a flood. The booth we sat at was completely lopsided. All the trim work had built up dust/dirt. Bathroom is way gross.

Yes, it was kinda slow but the people were extremely friendly. They cant help if it they are short staffed, it appears everyone nowadays is short staffed because of budgeting restraints. Food is always great.

I wasnt impressed. Took the family here after the kids ball game hoping to enjoy pizza and sodas. The place needs an upgrade, and the food wasnt good at all. Stay away from the breaded wings.
