We order from this store twice a month or more and without fail everytime either there is something missing from our order or we have to wait 2+ hours for our food. As always I called right after the food was delivered and was told credit or we can send someone back out. Since we paid cash and I am pretty much done with ordering from your company again I chose to have them send out breadsticks which we never recieved. I called the next day and spoke to the General Manager Thomas who even after I agreed to once again let them send out an order of breadsticks was rude and unaplogetic In fact I apologized for my tone because I understand there are differences between how a day crew and night crew are ran, however he did not even ackowledge this. He refused to give any information so that I could give direct feedback to a District Manager and he even refused to give his name multiple times. I am offended and will be telling everyone I know. No breadsticks were sent out. If I could have given no stars I would have . Do not order from here the food is never fully cooked, the staff is rude and incompetant and they obviously get all of these endearing qualities from their supreme leader Thomas.

If I could have given 0 stars and left a review, I would. Love pizza huts ingredients and usual quality of pizza, but this location has horrible customer service and cannot seem to fill an order correctly. 1st, i get hugely put off when a manager doesnt acknowledge your presence when you walk in a business. I guess that curtious part of customer service is dying with our generations? After several orders with ingredients left off or added I finally complained, got a credit, and then forced to use that credit and no apology or further credit when I went to pick up 2 pizzas that were still incorrect and I had to wait for them to re-do. Awful.

This restaurant is not a "sit down", but a carry-out and delivery only. The lady who took our order was pleasant and efficient. However, one in our party ordered a personal pan to be half pepperoni, and half sausage. They forgot the sausage. Our order which was 3 personal pans took long enough, and the cashier offered to have them remake the pizza to add sausage. Wed asked for a partial refund since one of the toppings wasnt included. She went back to the ask the manager, and she said he was on the phone. We waited another 10 minutes, and walked out. Never got to speak to the manager.

It is extremely, extremely annoying the way you all consistently refuse to answer your phones during business hours. Ordered again today. Was given a half hour wait time. Now, well over an hour later I am still waiting. I suppose I will get my cold pizza sometime before the next Presidential election. This is an entirely unacceptable way to do business. Also, stop the revolving door of management, this might help. Need a new Regional Manager for the area? I have a Bachelors degree and would do a better job that the one you currently have.

Well I love pizza hut, and I get things happen but... Tonight was pathetic. We ordered our pizza and got there and it was burnt ( I understand this happens ) they said itd be 15 minutes, and we decided we couldnt leave our party at home alone.. So we asked them to deliver it ( which they should have done free of charge since they messed up ) but they were rude. Charged us normal fee and we found a nasty huge hair in our pizza. It was long and black and we are all blonds and boys. Clean your establishment PLEASE.

Doesnt deserve a star at all. Last time I ordered they waited until ten minutes before the delivery time and called me to let me know that they did not have an item I ordered and asked if I wanted something else. Today I ordered ahead before they even opened for noon and called them when they where late and my lunch was nearly over to be told that they had several orders come up between 11-12. This place is a joke, and I have had to cancel my last 2 orders from here and go without during my work day.

Worst pizza ordering experience of my life. I cant say enough bad things about this place. Ordered online at 4:00 pm was supposed to be here at 4:50. Didnt receive our food until 5:50 pm. An hour past the supposed delivery time. It was obvious that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Had to take additional time to heat it up in the oven upon its arrival. This place is GARBAGE!! Will not be ordering from any Pizza Huts in the future.

Told the clerk I had a pork allergy and to please make sure it was ground beef. He assured me and I ate the pizza. It wasnt beef, it was pork and Ive suffered with an allergic reaction all night and am having to go to my physician today. I had no luck getting through to the office but considering the reaction when I told him yesterday (snarky and sarcastic) something tells me calling them does no good anyway.

Ordered a pizza off the web site last night, it was ready when they said it would be, and staff were quite proud of how it came out -- I did pick-up rather than have it delivered. Sure, the interior is more pizza factory than restaurant, but if it works and allows them to crank out more in a short time, who cares.

Normally I have good experiences with Pizza Hut but today I ordered a pizza at 8:41, it is now 10:00 after waiting for an hour I checked the online receipt, its supposed to be delivered at 12:01 on August 25, almost 12 hours ago. I am not happy at all and will seriously reconsidering when ordering.

I cant say anough bad things about this place to really describe it. Food was burnt. People was aweful on the phone. I live 8 min away and they do not deliver here on some days and when they do the driver is all around aweful and careless about the food. And dont get me started about delivery times

I ordered my pizza an hour and a half ago still waiting on it..... I have called the store 5 times and I cant even get them to answer I will never order from here again this is a shame I will be calling cooperate as well since I paid by card. I couldnt just bail out and order else where

One of the worst pizza places I have ever seen. I have to agree with the other reviewers. There are no words terrible enough to describe this place. If you call, you get someone in India like its tech support. Dont waste your money. Go buy a frozen pizza from Krogers first.

Ordered online at 11:45 on a Saturday. Never delivered or called to say that they werent going to. If they stopped taking orders then they should stop accepting them. And it certainly shouldnt update to say they are making the order if they arent. Screw this place.

This place is unbelievable I spent 45.00 plus each time in four orders only once was food hot other time forgot half the order plus had to wait an hour or longer for order to be delivered no more I wont ever spend my money here ever I suggest you dont either.
