, Awful.. Lately when we order, the orders has been messed up. Like tonight. 12/30/15 we order over the phone two ,medium pizzas a meat lovers it hat ten pieces of sausage, about four pepperoni cut in half, no ground beef,or any other kind of meat. And supreme, well it had little meets and sooooo many mushrooms hardly anything else.. I called them in and my husband went and pick them up. When I open the box they were a hot mess. We really like Pizza Hut be rotter than papa johns, or domino pizza. And I hate to drive about 15 miles to our Pizza Hut. And I wont when I can get Dominos to deliver or I can pick it up. I know you all prolly dont care. Oh I did try calling back the phone rang for 8 minutes the first time someone answer and hung up. I called back again and it , rang so long the called center answer she put me through they answer and hung up again. She told me to go on line to get the corporates number because she dont have it. And she put me through again, no answer. So I waited a few minutes and call back no answer, another lady answer ( I guess the other one was tired of talking to me ). The other lady gave me the corporates number just I case I need it, if no one answer to call it. They didnt, and I did. And that line was busy every time I tried it... This is a hot mess. We tried eating some of the pizza after an hour or so. Wasnt good so about 12:45 am my husband ( Billy ) went to The waffle house. And it really was good. But it wasnt Pizza Hut. Dont know if Ill eat at this Pizza Hut again. If I do itll be a while. Oh, by the what, my husband said Nobody was in the store when he went by, or when he later picked up the pizzas. He dont know why they werent answering the phone, or cooking right. I hope something will be done, if not theyll loose lots of customers. Thanks, Glandra Cameron, Carrollton, Ga. 30116

Todays date is April 6th. I ordered 30 minutes before they closed online order went through and everything was good 15 minutes before they closed I get a phone call from a store employee that stated that if I wanted my food I would either have to come up there or just cancel the order. I canceled the order call back to find out why this is two days in One week on why they were canceling my order the first time they canceled was on Monday and they were closed due to non-power but every other place in area had power plus we got a phone call from the store stating that they were closed due to weather not because they were closed due to not having power circuit the manager got on the phone with me and she stated that because she had one delivery driver she was not aware that my order was being cancelled. She made every excuse in the book on why this was happening and stated I could ask anybody about the store not having power Monday. Then she argued with me some more and I brought up that I used to work for Pizza Hut and she hung up on me. I called back and the call center answered the phone with thank you for calling Pizza Hut. Will this be for takeout or delivery. I spoke to the manager of the call center and his name was Louis. He gave me the number of the corporate office. I will be calling and explaining to the area coach everything that transpired and see if we can come to a solution to all of the negative reviews and my experience tonight. I will keep yall informed of this. Update. The date is June 25th and I still havent got a phone call from anybody from this sorry excuse for a franchise.

I used to like this Pizza Hut until today (Valentines Day 2016). I placed an order and went to pick it up at around 3:28. I arrived five mins early and went to the counter. They asked me about my order and stop servicing me. The manager comes out and looks past me and screams "hey" to what I perceived to be her boyfriend through the friend window. She said, "I will be back I have to go out here." She went outside was talking at the car and gave the guy a kiss. She then comes around three minutes later and tells her employees that the systems are down and "these customers aint getting no free food." I didnt want any free food I was waiting to pay. No one came and helped me through this time period. Then one of the employees came in sagging and rapping with street clothes on. He kept walking in and out. He said that he wasnt clocking. The manager and that employee started to argue. So I sat down at one of the tables for about 15 minutes. I then decided to leave and go get Applebees. I will not be going back. I have had previous problems with wrong orders and late orders, but this is the last straw. They were very unprofessional and always unorganized. Go to the other Pizza Hut on South Park street.

We called and placed an order through what was apparently a corporate line. they took our order and stated the order would be ready in 15 minutes, even though that would have been 5 minutes after they closed. when we arrived, it was about two minutes before closing, 9:58pm, and the doors were all locked. Noone would come to the door. a delivery driver pulled up and I asked him about our order. she had the manager come out who stated they didnt take orders after 9:15, even though they had taken our order. Im not one to make late orders, but if your going to take my order, I do expect it to be fulfilled. they could have at the very least come to the door and spoken to us without the delivery guy having to go in and have the manager come out. if you close at 10, close at 10, not 9:15, if they had just told us they already started shutting down we would have just gone elsewhere to begin with instead of being lied to. the manager made no attempt to reconcile the fact that I was upset. Btw, the pizza Hut on 27 is awesome, as are their people. we will never order from then again. ever.

I ordered my pizza at 730 and when my order was delivered they forgot my wings I tried telling the delivery guy and he was like ur wings r in the box. I knew he was lying because pizza hut puts there wings in a black bowl container.so I call pizza Hut told them they messed up my order this was at 8. They said they were redoing my order and would have it re delivered asap. Well by 840 I called again and said were my food I ordered it at 730 the manager apologized said she was going to send me out a large pepperoni pizza my breadsticks and and wings and she said she was going to throw in the cookie. I finally got my food 2 hrs later and I was still missing my breadsticks I had a brownie not a cookie and the manager said I have a 15 credit for another delivery I doubt the manager even did that
