Ive received 3 wrong orders, 2 of which Ive let management know about. Theyre policy on the 1st mistake is to give a credit of around 20% of the total. On the next experience- the credit was not reflected toward the order, but they did get the delivery correct. On the next experience- the order was completely wrong, the resturant had closed so I had microwaved corn dowgs & mustard. The driver did not bring my money back and management has not contacted me as of 20 hours later. I dont think Ill be getting the food I ordered or my money back for either mistake. Dont order specific menu items from this business, just be happy with what they deliver. -this should be their trade mark.

Have ordered from them multiple times. The last couple times I have ordered from them it has been wrong. I just placed a ordered with them and they forgot one whole meal in my order. We called and they told me they could taken it off my next order or I can wait and hour and a half for my meal to be redelivered.. the lady we spoke with was very rude and rushed to get off the phone.. They told us it was the restaurants fault. So I asked if the drivers checked the orders? She replied yes they do. Then if the driver checked the order like they are supposed to, they should have realized that the order was not correct. I will not be ordering from them again.

Today made the 2nd time I have ordered from them. Both times my order came quicker than said and my both my orders were correct. I was worried about todays becUuse there were alot of notes and changes I made to the order but when we received it, it was perfect. Both times said 1 he wait and we receive both them within 30 to 40 minutes.

It is always a toss up if you will have a good experience or a bad one. The delivery drivers are USUALLY pretty nice, have had a couple bad ones. Like I said,its a toss up. Order same thing from same place for 6 days....3 will be good and 3 will be messed up.

NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN. I CALLED AND PLACED MY ORDER AND THE WOMAN TOLD ME A HOUR WAIT. I ASKED WILL IT BE COLD WHEN GET HERE IT WILL NOT BE COLD. WELL IT WAS ICE COLD PLUS I DIDNT RECURRENCE MY WHOLE MEAL.
