Worst place I have ever been in to. Last 9 weeks been 3 times, what a joke, last night waited 50 minutes for the only waitress to get to us and we were the only ones in the dining room. She said they were swamped, I looked around the dining room and said where? I said if you could get our drinks at least, were were waiting on two others to show up, then after the rest of our group got there, we waited another 30 minutes and still no one approached us to take our order.My son got up and told the manager we were ready to order, still no,waitress, so he took our order, pizza came out, they were wrong and I didnt get my pasta which was the first thing ordered before the pizzas, I finally got it 40 minutes later, the manager apologized and said they were having difficulties,in the kitchen, we finally saw the waitress again as we were about to leave smacking her gum like a cow chewing her gum, said it was her break time. 3 other groups came in, and as we were leaving they were walking out and getting back into their cars. Massive fail Pizza Hut. Boo hiss! The entire staff either needs to be retrained or terminated.

Was not seated nor offered a menu, did that myself...was not even asked if i had ordered..had to flag down a waitress...although Carlee was apologetic the childs meal I ordered took three times as long as it should have, while other customers that came in after me had several large pizzas to come out..I was not even offered a complimentary drink for my wait...wont go back to Athens location.

Wish I could give no stars first off took about 30 minutes to get the knots then another 45 to 1 hour for one of the meat lovers pizza then about about 15 minutes for chicken pizza an when did get it it had hair all in it! Attitude so I told him we didnt want him as our. Waiter got even smarter then .so pissed

I am lactose intolerant and I ask for light cheese and extra sauce. A few years ago that particular Pizza hut didnt seem to want to get my order right. Well it seems all new staff and the last couple of times we ordered, the pizza was better than perfect. Thanks for getting it right.

Employees standing around talking instead of making sure buffet stocked. We were not offered a menu, just assumed we wanted the empty buffet. Customers had to wait on pizzas and sauce. Server scratched side of nose and dug in her ear, continued on without washing her hands.

They did not have enough glasses for my 5 person party. Took an hour to get 2 large pizzas. Was given one set of silverware and told that back was running behind. Comes back 5 minutes later telling us how its the staff in the backs fault.

Terrible! Waitress was not very friendly, entire order was not only wrong but she never came back to check on us for refills or to make sure everything was right. Worst experience there ever.

terrible. the customer service is so slow. the 2 times i have been there they under cooked our pizza and then next time over cooked it. not typical pizza hut quality food.

Tried to go high end and failed. Burns the pizza and says its cooked perfect like its supposed to be, tried twice and still no change. This was our favorite one too.
