The worst experience ever! Order placed and was told 25 minutes. Gave them 35. Got to the drive-thru and was told my pizza still had 5 minutes, to drive back around and get behind the car currently behind me? What?!? So I did, only to sit there waiting on them to move for 20 minutes. When I finally get to window, guy says he will be back. He never comes back. 15 minutes pass and young guy comes to window. I explain all over again. At this point, Im getting pissed. He tells me the guy lied to me and that the pizzas just went in and still had 5 minutes. I wait. Another 20 minutes pass. I cant get anyone to come to window so I have to call the restaurant from my car to get someone to come to window. They do and my pizzas are nowhere to be found. I ask for them to bring the young guy. He says "this has nothing to do with me." Seriously?!? So I ask for manager. I get the guy that originally helped that never came back to window the first time. He gives me food to just get rid of me. NONE of it was correct. By the way, your help, the young guy, called your acting manager a liar to your customers. And he kept walking by and giving my dirty looks. They are a joke. Dont waste your money or time

Ok, lets be honest. Its Pizza Hut...Im wasnt expecting gourmet flavors and five star service. I did expect, at the very least, a clean table and hot pizza though. I received neither.... When we walked in, we were greeted by a lady who apologized for the "mess" and by mess I mean that every single table was dirty. We were the only people in the restaurant beside one other table. We had to buss our own table to find a place to sit. Now, lets bring up the pizza buffet which was dirty, and the pizza was cold and obviously a few hours old. We asked for pepperoni pizza and it took 40 mins to make it and by that time, we had settled for cold pizza and stale breadsticks. While we were there at least 4 different customers came in and the lady apologized to each one about the "mess" and every customer had to clean their own table to sit down. We noticed numerous times though that the lady had plenty of time to clean the tables as the place was mostly empty, but she chose to chit-chat with the guy making the pizza instead. Horrible service, horrible food. Obviously management doesnt care. In a good note though....the bathroom was clean.

My family and I eat out several times a month and really love Pizza Hut, everywhere else, have never had good service here and the food is sub-par at best! Recently we ordered food here and when we went to pick it up was told the credit card machine was down, not a big deal as my bank was about 15 minutes. I asked how much it was and was given an amount, which i went to my bank to get. Upon returning, I was greeted by the same girl who read the total to me, which was .39¢ more than she had originally said, which I didnt have as I dont carry cash. I told her I that I didnt have the change to which she replied "look, you have to pay for your damn food!". We will go to the Papa Johns in Hixson, a 40 minute round trip before we go back to this place.

I really do not like leaving negative reviews but I feel I need to on this particular case. Eveyone makes mistakes and I get that. However, we picked up 2 pizzas for carry out on 07/22 and they were slighty wrong. Again, folks make mistakes. They did offer up a $10 off my next purchase which was a first. I called and tried to use it today (07/26) and as it turns out there is no credit for my next order to be found. I only visit there about every 2-3 month. Its unfortunate but my previous order in early June was an entire wrong pizza. Maybe I will check back in a few months but there are too many options for Pizza.

I worked there when I was 19 and Im 29 now and married with a little girl and my husband was out of work and was so kind to give michael a job he had been there over s year and they dont get much business so I think they laid him off he as called and even been by but Marie the manger is always to busy but know matter what we are thankful for pizza hut cause they were there when we needed help my 5 year old daughter would not of had a Christmas of 2012 and the pizza is OK cant really say anything cause we would of not ate some nights if it was not for them sending pizza home with my husband thank you pizza hut

My family has ordered pizza 3 different times on different days and at different times of day so we had different employees making our pizzas. Each pizza I ordered was ordered with half made for family members which did not want the same toppings as the rest of the family and the other half with toppings for the other half of the family. Bottom line, with their special of "Any Pizza, Any Toppings", these pizzas were very complicated pizzas to make and this pizza hut aced each pizza ordered. Everyone in my family loved their pizzas and we are going to order another tomorrow.

Horrible Dine-in service. It seems that care was given to delivery and carry-out rather than Dine-in customers. One of our pizzas was dropped, so we waited another 20-30 minutes on another one. I saw two different parties get up and leave due to complete neglect. Our waitress was also the working the end of the oven; cutting and boxing pizzas. A discount was given, but my family will not be going back.

I keep giving Pizza Hut another chance, but every time I am disappointed! I have to do carry out since delivery isnt available and every time I am waiting an extra 15 mins or more for my pizza. Its ridiculous!!! I hope that they will get their stuff together, but Im done with this location!! I should add that they arent busy when I am there so its very confusing as to why my order is not ready on time.

Extremely long wait. They finally refunded me and offered to deliver my order to I could go home since it half already been an hour and 10 minutes. The person who did the refund and offered to deliver went above and beyond to rectify the situation, I just likely wont come back on a Saturday night because it seems to always been a really long wait.

Worst pizza hut Ive ever been to.. Ordered extra cheese and pepperoni lovers with hardly any pepperoni and barely any cheese at all and burned.. Called back to complain and the woman had an attitude and wouldnt offer a refund even though I never touched it. Will never be back. Hate this place!

Ordered online for carryout, the email and online said 20 minutes. Walked in promptly, to an empty dining room and 5 other customers who had been waiting a minimum of 1 hour at the store. Ridiculous that they are so slow. Ill drive to the next closest Pizza Hut next time. What a joke.
