Food was a hit or miss. It is Pizza Hut so I decided to wait a few orders before rating them. If I had rated them on my first visit - it would have been a 1 star. The pizza (delivery) was not appetizing at all. It was upsetting to know they sliced it, boxed it and sent it out on a delivery. I ended up not eating it and a credit was given. However lately theyve been improving. I would guess the management has changed for the better. My confidence in the service and quality of the pizza is higher than before. We were able to enjoy our last couple of pizzas so hopefully itll continue.

$5.99 LUNCH and DINNER BUFFET EVERY DAY! Today You DO NOT find a Pizza Hut with a full buffet and full salad bar for your access. But you do at This One in Hirahm. We Drive 28 miles one way to visit This Pizza Hut in Hirahm again and again. The pizza is always better than any other hut or competitor. The staff is ALWAYS happy to take your specialty pizza request for the buffet and so are the cooks. During lunch when they are really buzzy we call ahead and tell them what we want when we get there. KMy hat is off to Foxy, Jennifer and the Vulcan, Chef George.

Not very excited when I walked into this Pizza Hut. Placed an order for pick up and when I walked in the place just looked dirty. The employees were not dressed in a manor that I would be okay with them making food for me and it kind of turned me off from ever wanting to order anything from this location. I really wish they could figure out how to clean the restaurant and make it so customers would actually want to eat here.....just a gross place to ever come in and eat at!!! GO TO MARCOS DOWN THE STREET!!!!

Late by 30 minutes nearly every time. They sent me an email saying that I get free thing of bread sticks though, only to go and try and use the coupon with an online order and it keeps declining my card. So I call and they say that their website has been messing up and I cant use the card, so I ask about the free bread sticks with my order over the phone and they say no that its an online deal only. Maybe I could do it online if your WEBSITE WASNT MALFUNCTIONAL! UNACCEPTABLE!

Absolutely dispicable. We called to make an order and the female was already rude from the start. She asks us the address & then continues to ask what main road are we on. I tell her & shes obviously too dumb to know where 61 is. This Pizza Hut is located directly in Dallas ga & I know exactly where it is and has the audacity to say that they dont deliver over there in the nastiest attitude ever. Never will I call nor order from this place. Ridiculous.

My last order was over an hour late, the food was cold and the pizza was stuck to the box. I called nicely and asked what had happened. I was given a 20 dollar credit only to find that once I placed my next order no one bothered to even record the issue. So I was ripped off with an order that we couldnt eat in the end of it all. I will take my business elsewhere and buyers beware, of bad management.

Horrible service and dirty. I went to pick up my food and the place was chaotic. There were 6 people in line ahead of me who had been waiting a long time and were mad. The manager was rude and looked confused. The guy in the back who brought a pizza out was scratching his sweaty face. Hopefully he wasnt the one making pizza.Turns out we order from the clean pizza Hut off 120. Thank God!

I submitted my order online for carryout. I called to confirm and was greeted by a friendly female who throughly checked that my order was received. It was ready two minutes early than quoted on a busy Saturday Falcons game night. My pizza tasted great with a side of guilt. It was worth it.

First order had the wrong crust; trusted them again with a second order, wrong crust again! Placed an order online for my class and they order mysteriously disappeared in their system! Never have had a problem with any other pizza hut...seriously disappointing.

Some of those negative review as soon as you open this app are totally wrong, weve always had great service and the good was consistently good. They could be more up on the pasta and breadstick supply. But other than that I rate them great.

I ordered Quepapas and the delivery man dropped them entirely in his warming bag, then used his hand to put them back in the box. Ordered apple pies and all came broken up and under cooked... to top it off, the pizza was cold.

Salad was brown, both bowls so I told the host. She took it to the back, then five min. Later brought back the same slimey brown salad and put it back in like she did something. Nasty Ill never eat pizza hut again.
