ive been waiting a week for a manager or supervisor to call me back!! i am not happy at all and i cant even call the store i ordered from to talk to n e one cause no one ever answers or calls back.. I ordered 3 large 2 topping pizzas for 7.99 an order of garlic knots and a pepsi for 39.39$ i waited almost 3 hours for my order to be delivered and called more than 6 times to speak with someone and i kept getting the run around and was transferred and hung up on or there was a busy tone. finally i got ahold of someone and they told me the store was closed which it couldnt have been it was a friday night and i ordered it at 540 pm and i know it wasnt closed someone just messed up and didnt feel like fixing their mistake and plus i just had surgery and no way of getting any where and have a child that needed to eat that couldnt because pizza hut messed up. i called back the next day and left my number and was told someone would call me back so why hasnt anyone done so? I am still very upset about this!!

I order off the app I went to check out and the order was higher than the deal so I went back and changed it than it was delivered it was wrong so I call and the"Manager" says thats what I ordered but thats not what I ordered I tried to tell her what happened that the app screwed up and the bacon topped pizzas came looking like someone puked on them. I wanted one pepperoni and one bacon. I got 2 Bacons and the Manager wouldnt even send me a pepperoni because I got what I ordered.what kind of Manager is that? If I had a car Id drive there and shove the Pizza in her face!

Worst services ever damage pizza boxes first employee could not find the order on the computer second found the order took the payment but did not give me the pizzas waited few minutes asked for told me working on it told her l placed it an hour ago then she checks the oven then the state of pizza like the box was thrown on the oven bad services really unreal

worst customer service ever. Hurrying the phone calls up and dont ? them on on prices a 12$ pizza has 1.44$ tax come on pizza hut get your crap together. Did I mention got hung up on before I could say anything about the over charge on tax.

If you order online you will have a better experience. Sometimes the crew is a snippy but I get my pizza on time and its always good. If you get something extra and its not on it, make sure you confront them otherwise they will gyp you.

Very pleased with online ordering. Price was fair and good arrived on time. Delivery driver was very nice BUT the food was not what i expected I guess I just ordered the wrong thing but needles to say I will order from them again
