...which is a shame because I love Pizza Huts food. They are very rude and get the order wrong time and time again. We came in and wanted to get the dinner for four, with one of our pizzas being half cheese and half veggie lovers. I have done this many times at other Pizza Huts but here they told us this was not allowed. So in order to get what we wanted, we ordered the pizza, salads, breadsticks and drinks all separately... yet they forgot everything but the pizza, which was slammed down in front of our face. The waiter was too lazy to even stand to take our order... he sat down in a chair. Id actually say this was NO service rather than bad service.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Worst service and attitude of a server I have ever had. She said she was the only server there but she was talking on her cell phone instead of doing her job. We were there for 1 1/2 hours and she smarted off when we asked why other tables who got there after us got their food before us. We ended up walking out without eating because we were afraid of what might be served along with our pizza. I will be contacting the corporate office about our experience here. We went to Chick-Fil-A and we were back on the road in 15 minutes.

Ok love pizza, but I have one slite problem, went in order then waited. Theres was a lady before me paying her order was 49 n some change, the cashier took her card swipe it, and thats that. Not once she ask for identification, my order came up and its was for 10 n change I gave her my bank card and the girl had the nerve to ask me for my identification, I was like wtf?? I order here all the time and being using the same card for ever, so whats the problem!? Or I knw I am black and the lady before me was white.. its the only thing I can come up with.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was horrible, I will never visit this location again. The pizza tasted old,the meat had a very strange taste to it and after spending almost $20 For one pizza Id asked for some parmigiana cheese and was told I have to pay extra. Take my advice and just stay away and save yourself the trouble. Signed, disgusted customer

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza from there and they tried to give me a pizza with barely no cheese to none at all on some slices, then it looked like the pizza wasnt even done. Then the store it self was dirty. The cashier wanted to act like I didnt see that roach crawl up the wall. Needless to say, I left the pizza and will not be eating there again.

Calls me while Im waiting in line at the counter, 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready stating that they ran out of pan pizza dough...on a Friday night. Then when I asked why I was just now being asked this, I was told "oh well I had to call all of these people first to ask." Terrible reason, slow service. Has gone downhill over the years.

Ordered over the phone for pick up on Saturday 6/8. We canceled our first order and got a different order. When picking up the bread sticks were burnt. One of our pizza had the wrong ingredients on it. My daughter had a messed up tummy and pizza has never done that to her before. and we have yet to receive our refund!!Worst ever. Never again!!

Absolute Disgrace!!!! 2.5 Hours to get 1 cheese pizza deliver 3 miles away. The pizza was COLD. The delivery driver asked me for a cigarette.... Need i say more? They need new employees, new management, etc. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again in my life. Not to mention it is overpriced.

First off I ordered cinnamon sticks as I was checking my order my icing was missing so I said something da dude wasnt no help so no Im waiting on a manager to call me && from the looks of things that mfa not going to call. The service was terrible, The delivery was 20 mins late,and the delivery guy was very RUDE,I was waiting on my front porch, he didnt greet me,say "thank you ",sorry for being late,waiting on a manger to call back,that was 2 hours ago!!! I will definitely be taking my business to Papa Johns
