This chick fil a lacks everything you expect of a chick fil a establishment. The employees are not courteous and arent there to serve the customers, the food is never hot and is always under portioned compared to any other chick fil a, especially a truetts, this chick fil a is also the slowest chick fil a Ive ever seen. It has 2 drive thru lanes but only 1 is ever open. If they want to have employees standing in the parking lot for no reason maybe they should be assisting people trying to get out of that dump. If they ask you what sauce you want in the drive thru you can guarantee it wont be in the bag and they have no clue what a "Large" ice cream is. I ordered a large and a small one night and couldnt tell any difference at all. Seriously, if you want chick fil a. Go to the one on 81 by the post office or truetts on jonesboro road cause this location isnt of the franchise. Its a line establishment that clearly operates outside the chick fil a standard. I get my ordered jacked up every time and Ive been trying to get them to make that meal right for almost 2 months. I went to truetts on jonesboro red and told them what happened at their inferior location and the manage gave me my meal for free out of pity. Its truly a shame when the restaurant cant even get things right or make them right either. Never again.

Spoke with a man tonight named Ed Hayes. What a great manger. When we entered the restaurant he was cleaning the womens restroom this took me and my husband for surprise. We have both worked in the food industry on and off for years never have we worked for a manger that cleans a restroom or in our life seen a manger clean a restroom or a lobby. After finishing cleaning a stall he said it was good to go. Since he had already sprayed the cleaner this was fine with me. We ordered are food very fast and friendly young lady. He was doing the trash and we had a very nice conversation about the passing through the town. We were on our way back to Florida from my husband dads passing and memorial service. He spoke with us about his dads passing. And a book I am going to check out red roses of December I belive it was called. Will be researching that soon. This was the best place we have ate and the cleanest place we have been in on the way up and back down. Will stop again to see if Eds smiling face is still there. Such a nice man.

Ive recently started working in McDonough - I am 5 mins from this location. I go here a few times a week for a spicy deluxe combo. EVERYTIME I go I am always impressed! Chick Fil A definitely does it better than any drive thru! My order is always correct- the folks taking my order are always friendly. I usually dont spend more than 2 minutes in the drive thru - if its busy maybe 5 minutes and Ill wait, HAPPILY. Food is always FRESH - duh its CHICK FIL A . This location really sets the bar for others in the metro ATL area. Never had a better experience at Chick Fil A than with this one! Way to go guys/gals!

I went and picked up lunch for my office and they left out my sandwich. I called back to let them know and they asked for my address to bring it to me! I assured the young lady that she did not have to do that and I could just run back up there, but she insisted! Talk about above and beyond! Highly recommend this place to anybody. It is always super busy, but they make it a great experience and they deliver great customer service very quickly! Thank you!

This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-a I believe I have ever been to. Service here is very DISAPPOINTING! I normally enjoy going to Chick-fil-a because I know that I will have a pleasant experience and a accurate order. Well I was clearly wrong about this location. I work up the street so it is convenient. The friendly smile, and correct orders are apparently not found here. I am highly disappointed in this location!

I love Chick-fil-A, but I have to say that this particular restaurant is very slow when it comes to its drive-thru. They were very kind and the food was fresh, but the drive-thru experience could have been better. Usually if theres a line with 20-plus cars in it at Chick-fil-A I would expect to see two workers manually taking orders to speed up the process. Unfortunately, I did not see that here.

As usually typical of these restaurants the staff are positive and upbeat and are always willing to serve. This one in particular does so well that they stay very busy. During lunch they modify the drive in line to increase speed and accuracy by standing outside and taking orders face to face via a very effective elecronic system. Definitely sets the bar for high quality fast food standards!

Every Chick-fil-A is clean and generally has awesome staff. This particular CFA goes above and beyond. Very friendly folks in here, and every inch of the place is always pristine. The parking lot can be a nightmare when traffic is heavy (the place is on the corner of an extremely busy intersection), but otherwise I can find nothing to fault.

Went during morning rush while I was on a road trip. Got through the drive through quickly enough, but had to wait an extra 5 min or so after getting to the window. Food was standard for Chick-fil-A, nothing to complain about there. Location was convenient for a quick stop off the interstate and getting back on.

Ive visited this Chick-fil-A countless times over the years. Every single time offered great food at a great price with astounding quality in lightning speed time. To top it all off, every employee is very friendly, which is the cream of the crop in fast food. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting good food.

This location has a great playground, and it is not nearly as hectic since they reconfigured the drive thru. There are times of day that finding parking is still difficult. But it always delivers excellent CFA food with great service.

I like this Chick-fil-A. I eat here almost everyday due to its right by my house. I can tell their trying their best to handle the heavy traffic the beat way they can so no complaint there. Its always pack but hey good food

Great food, great service. They made a mistake with my order and overcharged me. But they caught and corrected it before I noticed. Apologized several times for making me wait an extra minute for them to make the refund.
