When you live in the Mid-west dinning alfresco is a real treat and in staying with their name they have a great front patio with heavy, yet comfortable, classic wrought iron furniture. We both started out with the Strawberry Rhubarb Mojito as we are connoisseurs, and agreed it was the second best weve ever had. Lots of fresh fruit and great flavor! Service was great, we were greeted walking up to the door and waters were refilled with consistency. The menu is all quite inventive which made it a hard decision. You are served complementary bread that is soft and a bit crusty accompanied by a small plate of olive oil, flavored butter and garlic. I found the garlic to be a bit pungent but my grandmother enjoyed it. Half Wedge Salad $4.99- Was delicious and beautifully presented. I was a little worried about the sun dried tomatoes but they were a welcome addition of flavor! Grilled Salmon $19.99 - Grilled salmon topped with shallot truffle honey glaze. Served over green apple crab risotto and grilled asparagus. The salmon was thick and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed it but would prefer a little less sweet maybe. The risotto and asparagus were delicious! Rib-eye with Cherry Sauce - Specials Menu - The sauce was delicious, meat was a little fatty though I think that cut generally is. Overall an awesome experience, not cheap, but I will be driving the 20miles to dine here again real soon!!

After seeing the website I was looking forward to taking my wife there for drinks on Valentines. The website is very impressive, giving the sense of an classy establishment. When we went to order drinks, we were informed that the beer listed on the website was not always available. Only 25% of the website listing was available. So we then decided to order martinis. What we received was sour mix in a non martini glass. Considering the drink and the environment, I expected that the bartender would have some knowledge in mixology. If we decided to return, I think it would be best to stay with bottled beer, wine, or scotch. My first impression was that this place is trying to be something its not; that it would be worth the drive to another restaurant. On the other hand we did not eat there, so I can not rate the wait staff or the food.

Over-priced for cheap food. We had difficulty before, but decided to try it out again since it had been a while. We ordered an $11 crab ball appetizer... and were shocked at getting 3 tiny balls... how is that $11? The bagged lettuce certainly doesnt cost that much... we had a similar issue the previous time ordering the scallops appetizer for $13... we got a whopping 2 scallops. We asked for bread and they delivered it to the wrong table and took about 10 minutes to get back with us. The food was bland, and their prime rib sandwich is most definitely NOT prime rib.... this place is getting worse and worse..... oh and adding fresh bell pepper to frozen vegetables doesnt fake us out into thinking your vegetables are fresh.... or your rice isnt riceoroni.....

Mothers Day menu looked great. The food however, was pretend upscale. The portobello mushroom appetizer was a quartered cap with what tasted like chip dip on top, covered with a salty gravy like topping. Beef tip appetizer tasted great but quite obviously sauce was from a jar. Actually watched staff person walk in carrying arm loads of bagged braided bread from meijer, which was then served with (see post script). The rest of the food was similar in quality and taste. Terribly disappointing $200 experience. PS with the pat of butter, some oil drizzled on it....a hair. No joke. The bus boy was fantastic he was well mannered and quick to clear he gets ***** stars.

Weve been here twice and I love the food! It is a bit pricey but the menu competes with the best restaurants Ive ever been to and I think the value is good. If you think about what you are going to spend at a national seafood our steakhouse chain, Wrought Iron might be a dollar or two more, but the food is freshly prepared and tastes so much better! Its worth it. Its my new favorite restaurant in the Lansing area, its fine dining without the fine dining atmosphere. Only complaint is that the service is spotty and they dont include a salad with your meal (its additional) - come on!

We stopped here tired and hungry while passing through on our way north. We walked in with no expectations and were pleasantly greeted by an upscale but rustic atmosphere. We found the service quick and the food affordable. They have a good selection of grill type foods and brew options. Were were pleased to see some local Michigan produced food options available as well. I had an excellent beef burger from local cow and my wife had a seared Ahi tuna salad. Both were amazing. We were there for lunch and give it two thumbs up!

This place could compete in any City in America. Extremely good food, service, wine menu and drinks. Menu changes frequently with new additions while keeping some great standbys. Risotto is always excellent! Lobster bisque is some of the best you will find anywhere. And calamari is the best I have had outside of Spain.

One of the best places in Owosso to eat. Very well crafted food. New daily specials. The best craft beer selection of the area. There is something new near daily here. But still very delicious classics. Look for the monthly beer and wine nights to try out new foods and libations.

Ok, not the cheapest place to eat, but weve never been disappointed by the service or the food. A great place to go for a special occation or perfect for lunch. If you prefer cheap and piled high, you shouldnt rate fine dining. Its the best we have around!

Just not impressed. The food tastes good, but the service always lags. Doing away with specials on holidays, such as Valentines Day, is also something I dont care for. Not impressed with the appetizers either. Wine selection is great, though.

Good beer, good food, good atmosphere. A little pricey, but was worth it when we were there. She had the lamb burger (good) I had the lobster bisque and a small salad. She had the Raspberry Ale, I had the Yellow Snow IPA. Well be back ...

One of my favorite places! It is located in a renovated factory which gives it a really cool atmosphere. They have the best pizzas! The margaritas are great, and also have a good selection of craft beers.

Stopped in for appetizers and drink. Sat at the bar. Delicious but 1,2,3,4 staff members chit chat while I await a check. And how about a smile or any more than a brick wall for a bar tender?

We like this place. The food is good, fresh and not all the same. Hand crafted drinks include my favorite there, the Parisian Gimlet. Wish it was a little closer as we would be a regulars.

Fantastic food and wine! I stay on the fresher side of things with the food! The owner is wonderful--he knew us by our first name ever since our very first visit! :D
