I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone! My boyfriend, his son and I walked in and we were seated immediately and handed menus. it took around 15 minutes for our server to come by and we ordered. I understand that they were busy and what not but we finished our drinks while waiting for our food and didnt even get refills untill 20 minutes later when our food arrived. the manager would walk by us often and didnt even aknowlage us or our empty drinks at the end of the table! The food portions were so small, not worth 40 dollars! Unless you want a small amount of foo for a very expensive price with the poorest service I have ever received, dont go to bob evans...

My husband and I went to Bob Evans last Thursday night 3/14/13 and had very poor service. We were seated and ignored. The manager did finally bring us menus and asked for our drink order. Then once again we were forgotten. None of the servers would make eye contact with us. The manager did finally come back and behaved as if we were and inconvience and took our order. A server did come by to fill our water glasses and asked who our server was, then came back several minutes later and replied "I guess Ill be your server after all". The manager could have better customer service skills with service recovery.

Horrid service. Food took incredibly long. Salad and bread didnt come until entrées came. Waitress was on computer or blabbing. Never offered drink refills. Customers in other areas served before us despite coming in after us. I had to wait in line to pay due to a customer making a to go order. What appeared to be a manager came to ring register, as well, but took all the people behind me ahead of me. We will not ever go back.

My family and I have been to this restaurant many times and they have always had great service, occasionally they will get waitstaff who are very busy or new who may not get to you right away but the waitstaff is generally pretty friendly and prompt. I think the food is delicious; however my husband can make better gravy and biscuits, their gravy is bland. All and all it is a great place to eat, I do not have any complaints yet.

Horrible place to eat or order carry out. Food is great but the services is unbelievably the worst ever. 3 times over when we dined in they forgot about all 6 of us. I ordered carry out they said it would be 15 minutes and 45 minutes later Im still waiting for the food to go.

A little disappointed, I had great memories from my childhood so when I returned I was really looking forward to eating Bob Evans. What happened to the sausage gravy used to be a signature item now it just tastes like something you made from a packet.

The food here is great, love the food! The wait staff though, oh my lord. Very, VERY slow service. I mean youll be waiting at least 15 minutes just for your drink order. But great food if you dont mind waiting.

I meet a group of friends at Bob Evans each Monday morning. We have a wonderful waitress who takes very good care of us The food is consistently good.
