Had a bit of a wait with an open booth. Once a server saw me stand up and llok in the direction of the booth, it was cleaned (somewhat). We were seated and about 10 minutes later we were greeted and orders taken. It seemed to take longer than the normal amt of time you would wait at Waffle House, but finally our food arrived. Well, it was all cold except for my hash browns, which were great. My husband asked for a hot waffle and 20 minutes or so later he got a poorly made, soggy in the middle waffle that he could not eat. The server offered to make him another, along witht he excuse that the waffle irons were working really slow after having made sooo many of them. Im guessing that the waffle irons at WAFFLE HOUSE would be made to handle high usage. Then on top of everything else, we were told that it was shift change and asked if we would check out at that moment or she would be happy to take our check for us...mind you we wer still eating and the booth beside us was asked to do the same, and they hadnt received their meal yet!! Unbelievable! Quite different and disappointing than our first visit to this location. Not sure well give them another chance.

Well I just left there and I will not be going back waitress was aweful we sat down and she brought us our drinks and ask us if we were ready to order we had not been sitting there but 5 mins no time to look at the menu we ordered our food it came fast but so did the check and instead of refilling my cup she brought us 2 to go cups felt like we were being rushed to leave the whole time I will not be returnimg

My husband and I went on a Sunday morning around 11. Long wait for our food. Then when the food finally came out it wasnt what i ordered. People who was seated after us was getting their food, people came in the same time as us was checkin out. The workers was standing around talking on their down time could have ensured proper customer service skills. Will not be attending there Anymore!

Terrible Terrible customer service. Viv did not help at all, avoided eye contact and avoided us period until we approached them, 20 minutes or so later. Keep in mind it was extremely slow. The order was wrong and they gave us our food in a to-go bag when we wanted to eat in. Never again will I eat at this wafflehouse

Who doesnt like waffle house? Lol ~ the waitress that took my "to go" order was so very nice and I was appreciative of her kindness and because of the kindness of the waitress, I chose to leave an additional couple of dollars for a tip even tho to go orders already have a small tip added...she deserved it!!

Worst service ever been here 20 min still waiting for order to be taken. Dirty menus. Rude_serving other customers before seated ones and slow staff. Smh. For this to ne the newest waffle house 5245 it sure does suck I should have went to our regular one or maybe gone thru the drive thru

Great hospitality..great food..clean front too grill area..easy parking...food was prompt and as ordered..meant alot my egg wasnt scorched. Miss Tiffany was my waitress best service an she was so pleasant.. This is my spot for good .. Great team..

Lil Bit ALWAYS takes care of our family when we eat here! Ms Joann keeps it cleaner & employees are much nicer than ANY location weve been to!! We just moved from Rockbridge Rd to Stone crest area, but will drive past all others to eat here!!

Very, very poor customer service. Called 3 times, got hung up one twice. After taking my order, no estimated time was given, nor my total. They just hung up the phone. I doubt they even took my order. Very awful service.

The waiter was nice, however, the cook was very slow. Had to get him to correct my order (hash browns were cold & chunked instead of smothered and raisin toast was burnt); still didnt get my bacon:(
