The absolute worst Waffle House experience ever. We were the only customers in there and we say for 25 minutes before anyone walked over to us. I was told they were out of vanilla coke so we both got sweet tea. The waitress took our order but didnt bring the drinks. . . she stood behind the counter starting at nothing for another 10 minutes. Finally another waitress saw the pissed of look on my wifes face and asked if everything was OK. My wife asked for the drinks. And i interrupted and said "were about to leave" and the lady asked what they were and i said "tea since your out of vanilla coke". She told me they werent out and immediately brought out our drinks. Within 5 minutes they started to bring the food out (45 minutes later). The grits didnt have cheese like we asked so she took it back and fixed it... They also brought the wrong toast. I started eating and as my wife started to feed our 18 month old the grits and she noticed hair ON THE FORK that she was about to put in my sons mouth. All of the staff were great in trying to correct the issue. The manager walked over to our table and was great, she even offered to cover the cost of the food. . . but 2 of the three plates we didnt even touch because of the hair. Ill never go back to that location.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....DONT DO IT...YOU WILL FORGET IT AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN....VERY UNORGANIZED....MANAGEMENT HAD NO CONTROL OVER HER STAFF...NO ONE GREETED US AFTER BEING IN THERE FOR AT LEAST 5 TO 7 MINUTES AND THE RESTAURANT WASNT EVEN FULL...THEN WHEN SOMEONE DID HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK AND NEVER CAME WENT TO WASH DISHES...WHO DOES THAT... THEN THE MANAGER CAME OVER TOOK OUR ORDER BUT ONLY BROUGHT OVER A WAFFLE AND SOME ORANGE JUICE...WHAT THE HELL WERE IS THE REST OF MY FOOD AND MY WIFE FOOD....AFTER BEING THERE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES STILL A HOT MESS...THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF ASAP...OTHER PEOPLE CAME IN AND NO ONE SINGLE STAFF MEMBER GREETED THEM EITHER...TOGO TOOK FOREVER... WHAT THE HELL... ITS ONLY WAFFLE HOUSE...

Ive been coming here for years. Food can be hit or miss, but for the most part its a "hit". Server by the name of Tee is always on her game. She keeps everyone in line and provides great service. Ive been there when it was extremely busy and she kept her cool, making sure orders are right. Ill continue to support this location just because of her.

Been to this waffle house 3 times and every time a different waitress has gotten the order wrong and/or forgotten to bring out food. The cooks and servers are always yelling at each other to hurry up and at one point I had to walk to the counter to ask for a refill on my drink because it had been empty for over ten minutes.

Today was my first time, and it is BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is two lady working in the front and me and my husband came in and i was waiting for like 5 mins. ANnd them DOING NOTHING. ONE WAS JUST STANDING THERE AND THE OTHER ONE WAS ON HER FONE. Then finally the COOK took my order. JUST THE WORST!!!!

The service was slow and they often forgot or messed up the order for everyone in my party. They made people wait for hours on end and never acknowledged the people they had waiting. The waiter was friendly but that didnt make up for terrible service.

Totally ignored by staff. Every table was dirty so I stupid there waiting. No one acknowledged us. 3 of us. Personal conversations all over the place. Eye contact was made with staff they just looked away. Do not go here. Terrible

Ive never seen a waffle house so empty, my waitress was also the cook busser and cashier Im sorry I forgot your name but you made my day a whole lot better food was great service was great everything was clean I Will be back

everytime I come here, they burn your hash browns and the waffles are cold like they have been sitting for hours and the waitresses are ghetto and ignore you. Huddle house down the street is much better!

The staff is way too loud at this place, they literally yell at each other in normal conversation. Very distracting and doesnt make for a peaceful meal. Quality of food is hit or miss
