The service my wife and I received was beyond incredible. Yeah I know its just a burger joint but the way the team treated us really stood out. The young lady who took our order was very genial and nice to speak with and the guy in charge of bagging the orders was attentive to our "special" request. Since we were taking our meal on the road, I asked him if we could get the fries double bagged to reduce the odds of getting grease all over ourselves and the car. Not only was he happy to do that, he even walked our order out to us and wished us a good evening. He could have very easily just called our number, but he made it personal for us and we really appreciated it. Weve been to a dozen other Five Guys locations but this one has by far been the best experience weve had with the franchise. Oh and the food was prepared perfectly, too! (even our crispy fries!). Come for the food, come back for the service!

Best burgers in the area! Great food, excellent service, and usually completes your order quickly. Plenty of options when it comes to customizing your order. With each order, you get a lot of extra fries. There is a wealth of fountain drinks to choose from. Condiment and fountain drinks counter needs more space as their usually overcrowded, but thats true for nearly every Five Guys restaurant. And while this is nitpicking, why put the condiment and fountain counter near the bathrooms? Otherwise, its Five Guys, need I say more.

Bad service and rude workers. Made my hamburger with all wrong toppings then argued with me about it and didnt want to fix it. I will never go back. Dont waste your money at this terrible place with rude people that cant even get your expensive burger right. Update: I called to talk to the manager and they would not put her on the phone and told me to hold on and left the phone for over 10 minutes before I hung up. So they really dont care about customer service at all.

This place was, when I visited, very clean, well kept. The burgers were fantastic, absolutely mouth watering. It was like they said, served fresh. The peanuts were a nice plus for waiting until your food is ready, which was a fair amount of time. Not a whole bunch of options to choose from, but with what its got, its good enough. Also, the staff was nice, friendly.

Why did you guys move to such a small building when you were so busy at your other location ? I couldnt even sit and eat lunch at a table theres only like 8 tables inside, this location is worse. It will probably hurt business being in such a small building. I cant come back with my family since both times I tried to come you were full.

Grossly understaffed and the employees that were there were just chilling in the seating area. Took forever to get our meal and they forgot to make our milkshakes which then took even longer. They kept taking new orders instead of making our order that we had already paid for. Will not come back to this location.

Customer service here was great. I wanted to share a burger with my friend, but we order indecisively since we like and dislike different things. The employee took the initiative to suggest putting some of the ingredients on side. It made me very jubilant.

Best burger in town. I wouldnt consider it to be "fast food", and thats a good thing. Fresh ingredients made while you wait. It can take 10-15 minutes to get your meal, but its worth it.
