I went there at like 1:00am on a Saturday and, because Ive had TERRIBLE experiences there in the past with them constantly messing up my orders, I was sure to speak SLOWLY to them. I had the drive through order taker repeat my order back to double check and re-check that it was correct. He was one of the best Ive heard there and they actually got my order correct. Which its a first... but they always always messed up somehow, thats job how this place is. Expect to be missing something, having something not made correctly, or just thrown in the bag. Theyre slowly getting better but dont get your hopes up. Make sure you have them repeat your orders.

This taco bell has started portion skimping on the primary ingredients: beef, chicken, steak and bean. I was a taco bell manager at a very busy location and I know correct portion sizes. This is not a single incident. This store is systematically cheating its customers to make greater profits. Salaried managers often get bonuses for good ICOS. You should boycott the Tecumseh Taco Bell. It is a franchise, not corporate. You can still complain to corporate (1-800-TACO-BELL). Corporate could put pressure on the clowns who own this operation. Customers want consistency.

Lately this taco bell has gone way down hill. I have gone here for years and why they make good food the serving size is inconsistent. The wait time is ridiculous. The employees move incredibly slow and a simple meal takes 20 minutes to get. Maybe if they stopped talking for five minutes they could get their jobs done. Im writing this while I wait and listen to a pair of employees argue like 2 year olds.

Why does the store stop you getting a 12 pack of Tacos because it is 5 minutes to close. People who eat late at Taco Bell must come in the store leisure and not the customers. Wow and Taco Bell always advertise about how they carter to late night workers and yet the Tecumseh store must be a special exception to this rule in your company.

Look people can be so rude and not understand that no fast food restaurant is perfect will h plenty of flaws but I look for courtesy and politeness today there were no straws but good service and I can appreciate that. Thanks taco bell employee for keeping your cool under pressure.

The food is ok but the wait is absolutely ridiculous!! Sitting in line right now and have been in drive through for 10 minutes and have moved 1 car link. You really need to put a responsible Manager on every shift. Fast food its NOT!

The food is good but the service is very slow, every single time I go there is a long wait in the drive thru even if there is only 3 cars. If your not in a hurry use drive thru , inside is usually crowded and cramped area.

Went through the drice through today for lunch and specifically asked for my box meal to have no sour cream. I get to my last mean and there was sour cream. Very upset i didnt get to finish my meal.

Taco bell? No no no, from the weak presentation of the food to the watered down drinks youd be better off calling it "Taco Hell." They dont even deserve a full star, but thats as low as it gets.

Food was okay but the two employees that were behind the counter appeared to be bothered by our very presence. You could just really tell that this was not a job that they wanted to do.

Im in atleast twice a week. Always decent food. But the staff are very loud and argumentative to one another. I would recommend the drive thru.
