Lady at front counter visibly did not want to be there, became visibly frustrated when I ordered my food sub beans and no tomato, even verified the no tomato (my food still had tomato), and was bitching to coworkers about only getting scheduled 18 hours and I could hear from the booth in the back corner. Sounds like she needs to get a full time job outside customer service. Food was good, I just had to pick off the tomatoes.

Wow I usually dont do these type of things and it would be just rude of me to not say it at this point I got a LEMON FRIKEN FILLED DONUT AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU GO FRICK YOURSELF JOHN THIS HURT ME AND MY KIDS DIED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE JK BUT GROSS WHO SELLS A LEMON FILLED DONUT AT A FRICKEN TACO BELL I ASKED FOR THE GOOD ISH AND JOHN GAVE ME THE WORST THING EVER DONT HAVE A GOOD DAY JOHN ... we are over.

I love Taco Bell and its such a bummer when it doesnt go well :( the employee who took our payment cut us off and didnt even give us enough time to give him our whole payment and we had to wait for him to return. He then didnt include any cutlery for my Mexican pizza, which wasnt cut, along with my chicken quesadilla, which also wasnt cut and was poorly made with minimal ingredients. Also no hot sauce.

Havent been here in years, even though I live right down the road. Tried going today and the dining room was full of people waiting to order with nobody at the counter taking orders, I gave it about 10 minutes and then decided to try the drive through (which had 2 cars waiting to order). Waited in the drive through for about 5 minutes and it did not move an inch. Keep up the terrible work!

One of the worst around. I havent been to thus location in a long time. Every time I go there the cashier goes back and touches the food with no gloves on after handling money. That has to be the grossest thing I can imagine. Good luck to all if you. I will be contacting the health department about this issue. Went through the drive thru with a client and the manager was rushing us and seemed to be very impatient. We asked for extra sauce packets and he turned his face up at us and told us that he gave use one packet for each thing we got. Im not sure what his problem was today but damn its just sauce. Thanks for losing a customer.

The fastest location in town. Only ever got one wrong order and they fixed it. The late night staff is especially fast and very nice. Its worth the extra drive if youre thinking about going to the Zeeb Rd location. By the time you get your food at the Zeeb Rd one youd have been home already if you order from this one.

Despite what all the other reviews say, this place was awesome! Went during lunch and the rushed staff was polite, responsive and willing to meet your every need... and the food was great! They made this cloudy day sunny! Seriously they were so awesome I had to write this review.

I will never go to this taco bell again. Several times theyve messed up my order either leaving things out of the bag or not following preparation instructions. The number of times it has happened is absurd. Would not recommend anyone go to this taco bell in particular.

Filthy and slow. Pretty sure the manager on the evening shift is a heroin junkie. Talks like one, acts like one and walks around like its making him constipated. Watched customers leave as he muttered some excuse for being too busy. Grody, avoid it at all costs.

Honestly the worst tbell I have ever been to... And I have been to quite a few in my day. Ive been here a ton of times since its the nearest one for a while to me and have not once been happy with what I got.

It takes way too long to get your food there. Theres one person in the drive through window who is really nice, but everyone else Ive dealt with is not as pleasant. I dont know why I still go there...
