Apparently they only have a few employees that are able to work there short staffed. And when I was waiting on the line I noticed that the employee was talking on the phone with the glove that he was making the sandwich with when you finish with the conversation he just continue on Cross contaminating the food its a heavy sack guy you wont be able to miss him because hes basically touching germ-infested things like the phone that people put on their face and then touching your sandwich without changing wear gloves never going there ever again

Last time I come here. I know accidents happen but between bad customer service and the last time mixing up my order and not realizing until I got home Im done with this one. Its the closest one to my place so thats why I go but a definite overhaul is in order. How do you mess up a online order at 11am when you clearly state your name?

I had the veggie sub. I initially avoided this place when I found out that the veggie sub here does not have a patty. But I was wrong. A sub can be awesome without any patty. A firehouse veggie sub. I got it as served on white bread. The only downside to this establishment are the prices which are a little high for the medium sub.

My experience here was horrible I ordered a firehouse steak and cheese Andrew is the manager there everything was fine until I found a piece of hair in my food and he argued me down that I was not there very hurtful experience I would not recommend anyone want to eat at this location
