This place was okay, but lately the service sucked. I went here 2 times, in one week. My son whose a toddler got food poisoning , and I couldnt figure out HOW until yesterday we went in, and I ordered food... Mind you this young lady who rang us up , African American probably 18-21 had such a disgusting attitude I thought about calling a manager right away but figured why cause a scene? Anyways she was laughing with the cook the entire time she rang us up.. And had the nerve to RUSH us.. No later than 3 hours later (mind you we have not ate ANYTHING ELSE) everyone is throwing up. NEVER will I ever promote eating here, and thinking about actually taking this further! This is ridiculous. *Contacted them, with their generic responses. Had my attorney call, the manager said theyd call me to discuss and talk about it, but never did. Wow.

Love this place. Besides being hidden in Cumberland Mall (Park in Costco Parking lot and walk in Mall Side Entrance), this place is great. Staff is always friendly. Food is always excellent. Im always amazed how good the food is compared to the price point. Love the Almond crusted chicken tenders. The Almond crusted Tuna is delicious. Calamari is great too. If you love sweet potato, try their sweet potato bisque. Love their new Chicken Curry. You really cant go wrong. Their home made selection of tea and lemonade is awesome too. Hit up a F2O if you are looking for a high quality quick meal.

I had to go to this spot as support for Small Business Saturday. With only the intent of eating good and getting a statement credit with my AMEX, the service and conversations were beyond fantastic. The food was indeed great and the Mojito Lemonade was in instant classic favorite. Go if you want healthy and good!

Service was extremely poor..there were not that many customers..but still have to wait 40 minutes for a panini and soup..just a single order....still waiting as I write the review. Got the order finally...seems like the waitresses are racist as the white people who ordered food after me got serviced before me..

Always consistently enjoyable foods. The food is just enough different from the normal restaurant selections to be interesting without being weird. The small but so appreciated added effort to present the food nicely makes a world of difference while maintaining reasonable pricing anda comfortable atmosphere.

I love the food at fresh to go. But whoever the girl (black) at the cumberland mall. She is very unprofessional... Got my order all wrong... Did not help me at all. Service was horrible. I will not go to location anymore. I witness her treat a couple of the customers the same way. Long time customer

We always enjoy the food at F2O, the salads are delicious and they somehow manage to have perfect avocados every time. The long rectangular plates can be annoying, bits of salad inevitably fall off, but thats a minor quibble. Service is always great as well.

I go here all the time for a (relatively) healthy lunch salad. Its a great place to meet people for lunch as it has great highway access and usually plenty of parking on that side of the mall.
