I am sitting in this restaurant and I will NEVER come here again. If I could, they would get 0 stars. The person working here told me they only take cash this time of night. Weird, but ok. THREE people have come in behind me and used cards. He gladly accepted, and said nothing about only taking cash. I never keep cash on me, but I just had enough to get an appetizer, so thats what I ordered. I asked why he told me that he only takes cards his reply: sometimes people dine in and cancel the charge after they order and eat......... now I dont know why he would assume that of me. Im not dressed in raggedy clothes, I actually had some paperwork with me so I could eat and wrap up my work for the day, my shoes are coach loafers (not that any of that should matter). I politely let him know I didnt want the food I ordered, gave him a small piece of my mind (respectfully) and left. I will NOT SPEND A DIME IN A PLACE THAT ASSUMES I WILL EAT AND THEN GO THRU THE TROUBLE OF CANCELLING THE CHARGE. Seriously, the most expensive item on the menu I saw was like $13. Who takes the time to cancel that?????????

Canton Buddha may have a Buckhead address but there is nothing refined or upscale about it. Depending on when you visit, your experience is subject to be vastly different from a previous time. There is a definite attitude present as soon as you walk in that ranges from aloof, uncongenial to darn right rude. When service is fair, there are good items on the menu to choose from, however you must navigate with caution in what you order, especially late at night when diners are infrequent and fresh food may not be a priority. If you possess the skill to skirt around those mine fields your meal and experience could very well be passable. But if you lack the patience or skill to deal with those obstacles you may want to just pass on by to the nearest scatter, covered and smothered shack. Bottomline, it is average food, from a restaurant with poor service that stays open late.

Dont bother ordering their food during the late hours of (11PM-3AM) which is take-out. When I did I expected a little flavor to my shrimp fried rice. First, I could have saved my money and just eaten the bag of chips in my purse. The manager is VERY RUDE and has the worst hospitality personality ever. It’s probably best to order your food in the restaurant so its cooked fresh and “seasoned” properly. Food was lukewarm and had no smell to even excite your taste buds. The type of disappointment I can’t stand IS ORDERING FOOD that isnt good, whats the point is fighting for a refund you will never get? I will never recommend my hotel guest to this place ever again!

The reason why I am rating a three star because the manager who was my server has not customer service skills. He was on the phone when came in. I was the only patron in there. I had to wait for him to get off the phone. Now, about the meal, I had house lo mein with steamed rice. The main dish was good however, the steamed rice had pebble hard rice grains in it. I informed my server and he said it wasnt crunchy rice it was seasoning.(huh!) He argued me down that it was not crunchy rice, but seasoning. My advice check your rice with a fork before you eat. I have a tooth that if I had bit on that extremely hard rice, l would have been in a world of pain.

I am chinese and it is one of the worst worst restaurant i have ever seen, whatever you order Sichuan dish (should be hot n spicy) or Beijing dish or Canton dish, they cook all dishes in same taste and in same sauce, just the veg or meat is different. They even print in the bill and customer must pay for 18% service charge and i feel they worth for zero. I feel so regret to try this bad restaurant, I will never never go there again. The guys there are from Shenzhen and they know nothing about cooking, very very bad.

I would give this place no stars if I could. The customer service is horrible. They are so rude to the point I wouldnt trust putting anything in my mouth from this place. They dont care about their customers or employees and will let you know it. All they care about is making a sell and dont care if youre happy or not. I have never experience such disgrace from a restaurant in this nice part of town in Buckhead. They dont even deserve to be in the slums!

The waiters act like they dont want you there. I dont think its a cultural thing, either- theyre simply rude and not helpful if you have any questions. (the menues dont have description of the items, just names.) They received a 71 score and the menue says some items have MSG...at least theyre transparent. The manager was quite kind but he was barely around.

Was trying to place an order and the guy was so rude over the phone. I told him to hold on because I wanted to see if I wanted something else. He tells me its already cooking and Im like how is it cooking if I just told you what I want? And with the rudest attitude he goes. Do you want it or not? Of course I told him no. Never again.

My boyfriend and I both ordered the chicken fried rice and it was HORRIBLE. The meat was pure FAT and a dark brown color,very chewy, we didnt find one single piece of eatable chicken in the two orders, threw everything away in the garbage right away. Ive never had such disgusting chinese food.Thanks for ruining my dinner.

Went there for the first time hungry and was highly disappointed!! Poor customer service I was dissatisfied with my food and was forced to pay for it. Thats fine though but usually when your food is nasty you could at least be offered another choice (didnt happen) even though my answer would definitely be hell no!!!!

Used to be good service and aceptable food. But lately is being a nasty and bad place. I can say, now is just for drunk people. Nobody with sense can eat that food. I went to lunch with my friend and her 2 years kid, and they got sick... before was good service and okay food; now is just a bad service and bad food.

Ordered shrimp with cashew nuts last night . Horrible stomach ache afterwards and even as Im typing this review 24 hours later! I stopped here only because my favorite food place in the plaza was closed. I used to live across the street and never ate here. Why did I do this to myself?

Terrible service and extremely overpriced. I wanted to substitute noodles for rice and they tried to charge me $10 more. On top of being completely rude. Ive ordered from them before and their food is below average. Way better options in the same area. I would never recommend.

Person answering the phone was extra rude. They were also rude when the food was picked up. My chicken wing was still bleeding when I bit into it. The lo mein was subpar and left a strange after taste in my mouth. First and last time eating here.

Very RUDE establishment. I went there this evening for uber eats pick up. The short fat guy was so rude to customers calling in. I asked for a cup of water and he told me he was too busy. I will never go there again.
