This Wingstop cooks good food...most of the time. The problem isnt the food, the problem is the staff they have working for them. If a regional manager reads this or a local store manager, TRUST ME when I say, you need to investigate the employees working at this location as they DO NOT represent the experience I normally get at a Wingstop location. I have ordered from this location over a dozen times, especially at night. I called in at 9:30 tonight and after 11 attempts I FINALLY got someone other than the voicemail. But as soon as the employee picked up the phone he said "Were closed, goodybe" I said "Hold on a second, you guys are closing 25 minutes early?" he said "Well we start shutting down 30 minutes early, and were out of here at 10 sharp" You advertise your open until 10PM but because of Lazy staff who want to go home early, you actually close at 9:30. Im done with this location and will not go back unless something changes

I was very unsatisfied with the service and food received today. It took 35 minutes for my order and management was not apologetic about my experience. I also observed staff playing in the food preparation area while customers were waiting for their food. I am usually very pleased with my experience but will not return for a while.

Great Place Fast Friendly Pep. Love It. I see pep say it takes to long. But do they realize food is cooked to order. And personally Id rather wait and have my food cooked thoroughly than try to rush it and have under cooked food.

Awful service. Called in an order and showed up 15 minutes early. Waited 45 minutes after paying before I asked them and they forgot to cook my order. Havent eaten at WingStop in 10 years. Wont eat here again for another 10.
