Wish I could give negative stars the service sucks I paid for my food through drive through and these mf forgot about me closed up and all I blow the horn they ignore it I go to front door its locked drive through now saying its closed go back to the window blow they still ignoring finally someone come to the window hands me a bag and closed and lock the window I sit there and check my food they come back ask if I need something else I say it took forever boom slam the window close and walks off do not go here worst "service" cant really call it that I hope they fire the girl she didnt even care dancing and everything dont waste your gas or money

BEST KFC IN UNITED STATES! Ive lived in several states and been to several KFCs but NONE With food THIS GOOD, not only is the food awesome but customer support is out of this WORLD friendly, They remember you and what your favorite things are. This is Perfect Southern Hospitality the way all Atlanta area KFCs should be. I Pass up 2 KFCs and drive 7 miles out of my way for this one, The Cooks Are Awesome, The Cashiers Are Very Humble and Friendly. IF all KFCs and fast food restaurants could be this way! Thanks for keeping it Southern and Friendly God bless you all!

Everytime we go to this KFC location it is something. To their drive through speaker not working, nothing is ever ready, their employees are completly incompetent, their manager being outside yelling at some one on her cellphone, getting our order wrong (most recent just happening lastnight), or not knowing their menu or able to give accurate wait times. Needless to say we will no longer be visiting this KFC location again!

Very dissapointed in this franchise. No matter the location or management the experience is always Terrible. Me and my family stopped by an hour before they closed to get a bucket of chicken and some sides. The biscuits were not cooked, the skin on the chicken was falling off and the gravy for the mash potatoes was in clumps. Go down the street to pop eyes or churchs KFC is not even an option anymore.

No napkins in facility. Horrible customer service. Sticky tables. Flies. No honey in facility either. Disgusting. Ordered a lot a food before seeing all of this. Enjoy my money ill never eat at another KFC ever again... This includes Tokyo. I turn the channel when I see KFC. Day old wedges and cold greasy chicken. A FAR CRY FROM FINGER LICKIN GOOD.

OK food but waiting on chicken pot pie and its been sitting and never called me it was ready 15 past and went up there and was sitting and everyone walking around it Asked for it Touch top and was cold she say no way it just came out I said touch it Whummmm she said I rather have my money back please

My order was wrong, the bread on my sandwich was hard as a rock. I have tried to call them to see what they could do to fix this problem and was hung up on now makes the 4th time. They dont even speak just pick up and hang up.I will never go back and would suggest them to anyone.

This is one of the best KFC restaurants to visit. It is always clean. Ive never seen this place "nasty" before that is why I always come back. A recent dining room face lift opened up the floor for more room with a new design.
