this popeyes is horrendous. I went to this establishment last night with my family for a late night meal around 11pm. we ordered 34 dollars worth of food. when we received our order all of the food was fresh except the surf and turf. i tried to approach the the door only for the employee to tell me i had to go back through the drive thru. the drive thru now had about 5-6 cars. Very irritated and disturbed i proceeded to go back through. after waiting 20 mins for new fresh food, i was given my surf and turf. and they threw in some red beans and rice for the wait ( smh i dont know why because i dont eat that), to my dismay i discovered i didnt have my onion rings that i ordered with the meal, but i had a complimentary red beans and rice ( why i dont know)??!! this made no sense so i had to drive back around. they told me it would be and additional 5 mins. i stated that this is ridiculous. Now my other food is cold the order for my son at home. ( lucky for me the other 2 kids ate their food in the car). i asked them to remake his order they told me now it would take 10 mins for the remake. i then demanded for the manager. RIcardo presented his self as the manager, he agreed to comp the food ( $14 out of the 34 spent) as well as make my 2 orders fresh. I was still upset but pleased with the professionalism and his need to correct the mistake. Moments later a lady named ternette claiming to be the managerproceeded to the window and stated that they would not be giving me a refund but i could take my fresh food. I explained that this was my 3rd time coming back through the drive thru and have been waiting 30 mins. she stated she had a cook call off and she was cooking. And she would not be giving me a refund! By now i am straight baffled at fact that she is management and she is cooking and she sent me my ORDER WRONG 3 TIMES. NOT TO MENTION SHE NOR THE OTHER STAFF WAS WEARING GLOVES. And to be quite frank no one even said I APOLOGIZE! is that acceptable for management to run a business like this? to top it off no one had on gloves, hairnets. I mean it looked like a circus! I know wearing gloves, holding and serving food at the proper temperature are MAJOR PARTS of the health inspection, and these protocols are not being followed. she then handed me my food and another large red beans and rice. I mean it is absolutely absurd and insulting to give me red beans and rice as a way to make this grave inconvenience better. WE DONT EVEN EAT RED BEANS AND RICE. i was so upset i took my new food and left. when i got home I STILL DIDNT HAVE ANY ONION RINGS!!! this is pathetic some people need to be fired and get some people who care! Management included

Always loved Popeyes chicken. Then I visited the location on Highway 20/81 in McDonough, Ga. First visit, carbonate setting on soda machine was wrong. drinks were lowsy. Middle of summer. Second visit, because we like the Blackened Grilled chicken. Drive through, grilled chicken, please be advised will take 6 minutes. Okay. second part of order, 16 piece fried chicken mild. Please be advised will take 5 minutes. Is that 6 plus 5 or the original 6 minutes? We wait. Order arrives to car, big smile and apoligy from employee, wrong 5 piece chicken. Fried chicken strips NOT the blackened grilled. 12 minutes later manager hands me blackened grilled chicken. Guses I should be happy I didnt ask for restaurant hygiene grade.

The chicken at this place is old and cold the skin is so tough it makes you feel that you are eating gravel! if youre fortunate enough to still have at least one good tooth thats when youre treated to chicken SOoooo dry!! Its like eating a roll of (much needed after this place is done with you) toilet paper do yourself a favor if you must dine at this establishment please make sure to stop by Walmart and grab yourself a gallon of water cuz your gonna need it!

Absolutely the slowest service I have ever had in my entire life at a "Fast Food" restaurant. I was the only person in the restauran, it took eight minutes before anyone addressed me. Placed my order and waitrd...mind you the trays were full of chicken & sides and it still took 22 minutes to get my order after placing it. This is what happens when you hire children who want to play on their phones, chit chat, and instead of serve customers.

Went in today and they have advertising that they have wicked chicken i ask for that and the casher was not the pleasant person btw she said in a very dry and unpleasant way we do have that so I said og you need to take it off your board cause it is missing leading then se said oh well so i decided to take my business else where!!!

Popeyes does not accept American Express cards. That is not a very welcome response from the cashier after swiping the card and youre hungry and American Express is all you have. This establishment receives one star for the inconveniences created from their unwillingness to accept the American Express card.

I am sitting here now, and am amazed at the manager and team work I see. It is so rare in fast food places nowadays. My food was fast , hot, and delicious. It is not my first time in this location, but the crew on duty TONIGHT,April 20, 2016, is handling their business!!! Love it!!!!

Chicken was raw and they told me to keep the food till whenever i visited again. Always ram out of sweet sauce. Smh. Was gd but they service sucks and they getting from bad to worse

Love me some Popeyes! The employees are always very nice and seem to get your food out in a hurry and its always good. One of the better fast food restaurants in Henry County.

I just tried the Chicken Waffle Tenders for the first time. They are so good! Make sure you get the sweet honey maple dipping sauce. You will not be disappointed!

There is no excuse for sitting in drive thru for 30plus minutes. Make sure you are staffed and you have enough food. Inside is closed so there are no excuses.

Disgusting, never again. Never cleans out lemonade dispenser and food gave me a food borne illness. Keeps food past expiration date and time.
