If I had the time or the patience to report this KFC I would they are beyond unprofessional food is never fresh or ready end up pulling over to the the side for 10 minutes MINIMUM Im done my LAST visit was yesterday and I got the "New Zinger Fill up Box" got it from another KFC and loved it why not try the one near home ? I bit into the corner of a plastic bag in the middle of my sandwich clearly they dont care to clean there prep tables or have any care for food service what so ever as a chef I wish I would have choked on the chunk of a plastic bag so I could have owned that property and rebuilt my own properly ran establishment makes me sick that people have no care for food handling safety I am Serve Safe Certified and Physical Contaminants cause deaths luckily I was paying attention !

I waited 30 mins for 3 tenders and Mac n cheese. I counted 9 people that came in after me (2 of which had large family meals) that got their food before me. The manager was so rude when I mentioned my receipt said 7:35 and it was now 8 pm. The chick that took my order offered me a free biscuit for my wait (and for snatching my receipt out of my hand). Even after stating I did not want that funky ol biscuit, she looked me in my eye in dropped it in my box anyway. The worst customer service, the worst "fast food," just simply the worst everything. I dont even know why I expected them to at least have a clean table... Just stay away. I shouldve turned around when a big, dead "water bug" greeted me outside the door. Dont repaint your building but leave the big ass dead roaches on your walkway.

Had not been here in years due to horrible service. Tried again tonight. Horrible. Thought I could pick up food for my 87 year old elderly parent. It was late and dark at place 9:48 pm. People took order told me I had to wait after they took my money. 20 min later no food brought to my car. Doors locked to restaurant. Do not see anyone.After knocking repeatedly and opening drive thru window a girl appears dumbfounded and knows nothing of my order. I ask for money back since see no chicken or attempt to put together my order after waiting 20 minutes. The girl said only the manager could refund and he was no where to be found. Waste of energy and time dealing with such incompetent staff and poor service.

When Im at work Im always sure to help my customers with a smile on my face and a positive demeanor...The employees at this store act as if your simple request for help is annoying them...the looks on their faces, and attitudes suggest theyd rather be anywhere else then at work helping customers..BTW food is always mediocre..Please do not be in a rush to annoy these employees by patronizing this establishment and spending your hard earned money here...Greenbriar parkway KFC location provides a much more customer friendly experience.

Worst kfc location ever! Long wait for simple items. The lady tells me "we aint got no mo biscuits". Cold taco meat, incompetent employees, rarely do they get orders right. I really try to avoid this place its just so convenient and everytime I go here I wish I hadnt. Keep giving them chance after chance Im done. Please please take heed dont believe the couple of good reviews on here. Ive been coming here for a year now. I cant express how poorly this place is ran.

The people that work at this place dont even know the parts of a chicken. I asked for white meat and received dark meat after driving all the way home(8miles away). Called back up there to simply ask can I come by after work tomorrow and NOBODY answers the phone after four phone calls. WORST PLACE EVER!! CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EVEN LEAVING DRIVE THRU.

Made me wait 20 minutes for their 8 piece family dinner. Asked for spicy chicken, when I got home they didnt give me a receipt, didnt give me the coleslaw, and my chicken wasnt spicy. Facilities are clean but the employees are incompetent.

The worst. Food over Cook containers dirty and I called several times to no avail Noone answered the phone. Waste of money. Do you really expect people to eat food our of a dirty container. Food presentation is everything you fail
